What is with these 1-star reviews. I received very delightful service here that rivals most places in-town. The manager, Ashrov,... was very personable and his cook was extremely fast. We just got take out to go and had some horrible Customer Service. I had taken our child to Little Gym Nextdoor, and was not... able to leave them there on their own, so I attempted to call several times, To no answer. Finally after class we both wentthere to order food. (After class they are extremely tired and cranky, so we were in a rush.) I got there only to find all ofstaff not busy at all and were just standing around talking, and that is the apparent reason why they couldn't answer the phone.From there they took a usual amount of time to prepare our food, and by that time the little one definitely needed to get home.So I grabbed the food, bag was tied up tight but I saw the two boxes in it, so I assumed it was good, and had no time to check.After getting home we found pretty much half our meal missing. There was No Dressing, No tzatziki, and No Hummus. Making the"meal" just some chicken and lettuce. We attempted once again to call several times to no answer. We live to far away to makethe trip for just these items, and I had to eat quickly to get the little one too bed. Horrible customer service, made for ahorrible meal... Very disappointed. 2 pieces of baklava were included in our (delivery) order, we were charged but did not receive them. We... ordered cheesecake too but received only 1 with the requested choice.
