Well...this is a chorus! Let's see...a birthday party. Ordered 3 pizzas in advance. Hey...how about this? We show up to pick... up the order with people at the party waiting and surprise...the store is closed...on a Saturday...in the middle of the day! So, obviously, they have a major concern for both customers and their business. However, their concern is how they screw upboth with complete disregard. So. I have a suggestion: Domino's, Papa John's, Little Ceasars, Times Square, Harris Teeter.. gothere. I promise you will be happier!! Read more
Placed my order a 4.10 pm 5.38 pm still no delivery called the lady that picked up was nice and tryed her best to help I used... the app she said she was trying to find a door dasher to pick up my order if i wanted to use door dash I would have but I do notblame the workers they went above and beyond to try and help but whoever owns this place needs to get it together obviously doordash is not working I was told to call back in 30 minutes she still couldn?t find a dasher it?s 6.57 pm and the order wascancelled really think you need a driver and a backup plan because this is not working. The lady that works here, Im going to assume she?s the manager, is very rude and unprofessional. I was waiting for a curbside... order and she comes to the door of Pizza Hut and says something, and went back inside. Im thinking it?s an issue so i get out togo to the door but it?s lock. I seen her roll her eyes and shake her head, come to the door and says ?ma?am i JUST told you thatthe food wasn?t ready.? as if she was irritated. First of all, you could?ve came to the window of the car and tell me that theorder wasn?t ready. No one can hear you from the DOOR especially when I?m sitting with the windows up. The worst customer service around The old manger lady is rude as can be . Has took my order and then closed early as I was... pulling up?. This lady is a Karen in the truest form possible. Mean to both employees and customers. She can take that clipboard and hop on her broom and gtfos I will no let you bring down the last great staple of my childhood? Today, 8/3/22 @4pm. This is suppose to be a half double cheese and half double beef medium pizza that cost me 17.99. It looks... exactly like the regular half and half I got a week ago for 7.99 I think. This is why I pick up in store. Manager said this wascorrect. I'm done. Read more
Shout out to Jabraile!!! I ordered my kids and I this Big Dinner Box online and requested delivery. I received a call from the... store to let me know they had no driver to deliver at the time but asked if I would like to pick it up. I didn?t mind going toget it but honestly was wondering what the quality of the food would be if they were that short handed. This was hands down thebest food I?ve ever had from Pizza Hut!!! Order a chicken Alfredo pan and received a chicken Alfredo pizza instead. Call the store back manager was argumentative and did... not resolve the problem. My entire order was $74.11 and it left me feel cheated. Hopefully they can count on me not everpatronizing Pizza again! Read more
I was getting a bit frustrated from a long wait tonight to get my pizza but the lady at the register was very nice and offered... me a free drink for the wait and helped me out the door.
