I went to Ruth’s Chris Steak House on Thanksgiving Day. Overall I was highly dissatisfied with this visit. I had an incident... were the server dropped my bank card on the floor upon returning the bill in the black leather booklet. I’m sure it was amistake, but no staff including the waiter or any hostess seemed interested in helping me find it. It wasn’t until I got to mycar when I realized I didn’t have my bank card. Therefore, I went back in the restaurant to see if the waiter turned it intothe hostess desk and it was evident no one cared to help me find it, so I asked if I could go back to the table and look myself.I found my card on the floor under the table and linens. Honestly, I was extremely disappointed! I was a very loyal customer, but will not go back to that location! This was my first experience with a server that seemed so nonchalant, unhappy andnon-engaging. I would never want to sit in his serving area again! After losing my bank card, that made things so much worst. Read more

Everything about Ruth's Chris Steakhouse was amazing. The food was cooked to perfection. I ordered the petite fillet and shrimp... with au gratin potatoes and a salad. The steak was tender and juicy. No steak sauce needed!!! The shrimp were tender. Thepotatoes au gratin were creamy and cheesy. I was celebrating my birthday and I received a serving of breadpudding......delicious. I have no complaints. The experience is well worth it. Our server, Kailey, was very friendly andattentive. She took great care of and made great suggestions which we tried. Read more

My husband and I visited this establishment to celebrate his birthday and we were definitely impressed. The ambiance was lovely,... the staff were friendly, and although the restaurant was definitely packed, the tones were still low and we could reallyconcentrate on each other. The tables were spaced apart at an appropriate length and our waitress was precious. The steak wascooked wonderfully, but the sides weren’t my favorite. The cream spinach had no flavor, the sweet potato casserole was verysweet, and then my husband was told he could only get two small glasses of lemonade. My husband was told that he would only gettwo glasses of lemonade because they are squeezed by hand. My husband is a big guy, so it was a bit disappointing that there wasa limit on what he wanted to drink. Other than that, we enjoyed our night and will definitely be back. Read more

We decided to take my grandpa here for his 84 birthday, and we were severely disappointed. I do not want to come off as a person... who is being melodramatic, so, I will simply list the problems we encountered while dining here: 1) Once we ordered a largeseafood appetizer, they came back after approximately 30 minutes and informed us that they only had enough seafood for a small.(This was not inherently a bad experience, but it did set a precedent). 2) We ordered one medium well steak, and it came outvery well done. (Again, not necessarily a deal breaker). 3) In our seafood appetizer, which came out with entrees per ourrequest, had a 4 inch black hair on one of the lobster tails. 4) We also ordered a medium RARE steak, and it came out welldone. (When cutting into this steak, there was not a single drop of juice. We checked the other steaks, and it was not a casewhere they misplaced the wrong steak in front of different guests). 5) When we sent this back, they came out with a new steakthat was closer to raw (Picture is attached below). At this point, our entire experience had been ruined. Considering this is aplace where the cheapest steak is $55.00, I expected much more. Our billed totaled $450.00, and it was not worth it. I had an outstanding dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Greensboro. I started with Ruth’s Chopped Salad which was... excellent. This salad is like no other! Sugggest you get this salad with the the recommended lemon basil dressing. The primefilet mignon was seared to perfection at 1500 degrees. It was served on an extremely hot plate that keeps the steak hot untilthe last bite. The restaurant is classy and my server, Alana, was perfect - attentive but not intrusive, knowledgeable andprofessional. Read more

This was a nice restaurant, but definitely not near the best Ruth’s I’ve had. Steak and chops were cooked perfectly, but... lacked seasoning. Sweet potato casserole had more sugar and pecan crumble that actual sweet potatoes. Try the one in Houston ifyou are able. Giving it 4 stars because of ambiance and we really did have a great time- we just didn’t enjoy the food for theprice. Read more
