It?s located inside Four Seasons mall in Greensboro. Nice decent food, not very expensive, shrimp fried rice was excellent the... only thing that bothered me and the reason i gave 4 stars was the shared sitting area, It was crowded and the tables were notcleaned properly. Read more

Amazing service and quick to get food. The employees made I sure to cram as much food as possible into my box as possible. And... it was so inexpensive!! When I go I always get their 3 item special for 5.99. My food is delicious and hot..fresh every time! They give u a good portion... of food as well I always end up taking some home. You can't beat that for 5.99 Read more

I came here to get a nice quick meal since I haven't gotten a chance to enjoy Chinese food in a while. Upon my visit the service... was rushed and sloppy and as I sat down to eat my meal which consisted of bourbon chicken and the wings I was not satisfied. Thewings were nasty and cold and my food had not been sitting for more than 2 minutes. I could not finish it. The next day, I wentto get my money back but before I went I spoke with someone who worked there, they didn't state their position or name but toldme to come back with my receipt and I would surely get my money back or a fresh plate. I told them I wanted my money back andthey told me that would be just fine. I went and stood in line and told the worker why I was there, he sent me to the frontwhere the register was and I spoke with I assume the manager, because he had no tag or did not introduce himself but was"handling" my situation until he realized he had other customers and I wasn't too important. Let me remind you I waited in linejust like the other customers. As they say, first come, first serve. But I was told to wait until everyone got their meals to bedealt with. After my long patient wait, I told the "manager" what was wrong and he told me I should have the food with me. Methinking this is very unorganized thought "why would I keep old food just for him to have proof I ate here? Was a receipt notenough? He thought of every excuse in the book why my food was cold and hesitated to give me my money back. Finally he "voided"my transaction and told me it should return in my bank account in 2-3 days depending on my bank. It is now 2 weeks later and Ihave yet to see a waste of hard working money put back into my account. Sakura Express is highly unorganized when it comes todealing with customer satisfaction and I was very taken back. I will not be contributing to this fast food again. Read more
