We like Sasaritas, normally. Today my wife's salad shell was stale. She had to tear the shell, when it should just break off. My... burrito shrll was also somewhat stale. The last shell in the pack. The burrito had very little stuffing inside. Lioks theyskimping on portions and raising the prices. The asked if I wanted chips. I did not know it cost extra. Almist $4.00 more. Wish I could give zero stars. Very nonchalant cashier refused my valid coupon. He tried to tell me you can only get a coupon for... one survey ever. I then pointed out his own receipt said once per 15 days. Jwilliams said ?oh ok.? He also refused to give inwhen I explained that they always have to type the code in to use it. I will not return to this location as long as service issubpar. You need to train your staff better. The customer is not always right, but you still should at least pretend to careabout the customer.
