I and two elderly family members stopped bye Sonics for dinner after leaving the Stevens Tanger Center. I asked for two burger... with lettuce, tomato,mayo and one onions,two cups of coffee &cream/sugar. A sonic super double cheeseburger combo with a sprite.Instead got two cheese burgers,one tater tot, two warm cups of coffee an no cream or sugar,but then we discovered our entireorder was wrong! I called back to tell managers no one answered. I tried too reach managers earlier today and I even left amessage about our food and contact information,but no one hasn't called yet. I was charged around $25+tax for threedissatisfied dinners. Read more

I love sonic, and I love their food but this location is freaking horrible!! Historically the service here has been hit or miss.... 50% of the time our order has been screwed up. Now however things have gotten really bad. There was one car in front off me inline at the drive through. there car sat there and for at least 15 minutes till they finally pulled forward. I pulled up to thedrive through and waited a few minutes and was not greeted. So I said " hello??" and the "voice said just a minute please". Icontinued to wait finally the voice came back and took my order. They must have really bad management to be this poorly staffedand trained. Oh and I came back about two months later and had the exact same experience except I didn't wait around this time. Read more

Do yourself a favor and go to the other ones. I went today to get food and parked instead of going through the drive through. I... pushed the button and said my order, when my partner tried to say hers he claimed that he couldn't hear anything she said eventhough she was talking loud enough. He had a nasty attitude about it from the beginning and when I asked if my payment wentthrough he said "you will have to wait until the order comes to see if it did". We waited for a good 10 minutes, checked thebank account to see if we have been charged for it, and left. Luckily we didn't get charged but we went to the other Sonic onSpring Garden and they were more polite and showed what true customer service looks like. Read more

They're a little slow for it not to be the lunch rush yet. My chicken sandwich barely had lettuce on it and what was on there... was a little brown. I paid for a large onion ring but didn't the amount I paid for. Customer service was nice. The locationcaters to the drive thru service more than the drive in service and I wish it would be switched back. I mean it's called SonicDrive In. But just like most restaurants, covid affected the workplace for fast food. Read more

I ordered fries with no salt and a chicken slinger with no pickle. I heard the girl fixing my order ask the fry guy if they were... the fries no salt. He said yes. She asked if this was the chicken slinger with no pickle. They sandwich maker said yes it was.She brings me my order and take a look inside the bag and find fries that look like they had been dropped back in grease. So, Iasked the cashier for fresh fries. Well, she drop fries no salt. I received my order for the second time and return to workwith the same fries that I gave back to the girl that fixed the order. The chicken sandwich below looks like it had beenfried hours ago that you cant even tell its chicken. I called to speak with manager and she apologize. She took my name andsaid the next time you come I will give you a free fry. I should have known better when the rating is 93.5% (Nasty) I am callingSouth Carolina office to complain. Read more

Ordered through doordash just to be given the most disgusting food. It was so gross I couldn?t even eat it. The tenders looked... like the employees found them on the ground and threw them in the bag. Worst part is that doordash wouldn?t offer me a refund.I?m not a big sonic person but I needed something for my lunch break. This is unacceptable. Read more

I love this place. It's big they a drive thru a walkup window and you can order online and in the restaurant itself. The staff... is very friendly and polite. The guy that worked the register was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Thedining room was clean and comfortable. The parking is free of trash and the pavement is free of potholes and bumps. I highlyrecommend this place. Read more
