I came into Greensboro, looking for a place to chill for a few hrs until my buddies arrived into town. I used to have really good experiences at this Starbucks in the mornings, the barista named Justin was very sweet on my visits... and the baristas were kind. Recently I?ve been noticing a lot of customers have been rude to the workers, and the place seems amess. For employees that make $15 an hour to make coffee you would think they would be a little nicer. The young Hispanic girl with 7... piercings in each ear acted like I pis in her cheerios because I asked politely for a pack of sugar. All of the employees hereare angry and disgruntle. Picked up a online order. Services was trash, I had 5 drinks in my order two sandwiches. Had to ask several times and two or... three employees for a drink tray. I believe it should've been placed in one in the beginning. Upon leaving realized a sandwichwas missing. Will not be returning. Read more
Sadly this was the dirtiest Starbucks that I've visited. One restroom was out-of-service and the other was filthy. Garbage cans... were overfilled. Tables had been neglected. The coffee and food were served in a timely fashion and were of good standardquality. Read more
The service was a little slower than I'm used to, but the staff was kind and did what they could. The store was clean and there... was constantly someone going out to wipe down tables after customers left their seats. My iced mocha was delicious and we'llworth the wait! Read more
As far as Starbucks goes, it?s not the worst out there, but it seems just about average in terms of cleanliness and... organization, and drinks take a bit longer than average to be made.
