The staff are great and I like the location. The only thing that bothers me is the older woman who works the inside register. I... don't mind that she's older, but I can't have a lot of caffeine and on 2 separate occasions I've ordered a decaf drink and sherung it up as blonde espresso. I cannot have that. Luckily I caught it this most recent time but last time I almost drank somebefore I noticed. It worries me that she may end up giving caffeine to someone that can't have it at all and could seriouslyharm them. Read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went into this Starbucks yesterday afternoon. ?Marion? was my barista and when my food was... ready, she threw my bag across the counter and proceeded to walk away! I ordered first, but the couple who ordered after mereceived their food before I did, & received customer service with a smile. I will be going elsewhere from now on. Definitely my go to location when I am on Battleground. Such a friendly staff. Sometimes it is disappointing when they?re out of... either chai or dragon fruit. As a daughter of a general manager, you should be able to predict your truck order based on salesfrom previous weeks. Just to prevent ?being out? of certain ingredients. I must say this location always makes an amazing pumpkin spice latte. Every other Starbucks in the area you can?t even taste the... pumpkin even though I ask for extra. Here, always amazing! Read more
I have been going to this Starbucks location for the past three years, and I have to say out of all of the Starbucks in... Greensboro. I really enjoyed this one the most. I?ve given almost every single Starbucks in the Greensboro region, a chance,including the ones inside of other stores which I won?t name because I?m not the type to bash, but this is definitely the bestone, and they just know how to make every single drink correctly and they will ask you Specific questions in order to make thedrink right if they don?t really know how and if there is a problem with your drink or food item, they are very easy andcommunicative and replace it and every time I?ve had an issue which is very rare at this location. They always understood andimmediately put my priorities first and remade the drink or simply Helped me overall and the barista?s are amazing and thecashiers are never rude and they never have a bad attitude. They are all very friendly. I cannot name one specific person but ifI have to, I would definitely mention the person at the drive-through. I don?t know their name, but I do know their pronouns arethey/them And they are just the most absolute nicest, barista and cashier I?ve ever met, and they really pay attention to yourneeds. Starbucks are pretty standardized, writing anything unless it's exceptionally bad or Great is meaningless. They did a good job,... and we got our orders. The staff is nice. If I'm honest Starbucks coffee isn't that good, but it gets the job done and isstandardized. I went through the drive thru today for my birthday and my app was not showing any birthday offers so I mentioned it to Rya at... the window and she said, ?I got you!? Not only did she comp my drink but she also wrote happy birthday wishes all over my frapplid. She was amazing and so personable. Just a regular Starbucks, what can you expect from a delicious overpriced coffee. I tried the autumn specials and it was really... good. The place itself is pretty small and people tend to sit inside so you might not get a place. On the other hand theatmosphere is cozy and peaceful. Service was nice. Overall, good experience and good coffee. There is nothing more to add toStarbucks. Read more
