The drinks are always good, BUT this drive thru and even inside is the absolute slowest service on the face of this planet.. I... was in there several weeks ago and it took 30 MINUTES to receive my drink.. Everyone in there is way too worried about door dashand mobile orders that no one was making actual orders in the store.. literally. The counter was FULL of mobile orders of peoplewho didn't even show up for a while and not one single drink for anyone waiting inside was made in 30 minutes. Read more

My daughter did a mobile order before going to work. She spent 30 minutes in the drive thru and was unable to pick up her order.... She called the store to explain the situation and was told that she would have to call customer service or come into the storeto cancel and have her money reimbursed. I went to the store to pick up her order for her, explained to the cashier what hadhappened and was told they would remake her order. The reason I?m writing this review is because of Grace who answered mydaughters phone call. Talking about customers and implying that their complaints aren?t valid should never take place in frontof other customers. Staff are usually very friendly, drinks are exactly the same as any other Starbucks. However, order ahead! Or at least... drive-thru. Every time I go inside to order, it takes at least 15 minutes to get a single drink. It is otherwise what you wouldexpect at any Starbucks. Read more
This Starbucks fixed drinks as expected. Training of staff was even occurring while we were there. Very happy with drinks! ... The bathrooms were also clean. This store does have a very different layout than any other Starbucks I have been to. There isa wall of cabinets floor to ceiling in the dining area and am unsure what those are for. Today I ordered my usual iced skvl w/ almond milk. However, it was far from my usual experience. The drink that I paid $6.03 for... is watered down and has hard weird sprinkles added. As someone who loves Christmas, I appreciate the attempt at Christmas cheer.However, they are absolutely disgusting in a skvl. Sprinkles have a place in this world, just not in my iced latte. They stay busy most of the time. You have to choose a good time to go, or else the drive through line would be at least 20mins.... They are quick, but it still takes a while if you come at a busy time. The customer service is always great and they do executeorder the way you like. Read more
