A decent Starbucks location with limited gifts, pastries, snacks, drinks, and of course, ? coffee. The staff are friendly but... the main drawback is that it can be slow at busy times due to limited staff. They do have limited seating and ? handicapaccessible parking, ???? restrooms, and tables. Usually, I receive really great service at starbucks. I always order the same thing ( grande moca frappuccino) so I know how... they're supposed to taste and look. Today though was very different. As usual I asked asked for a grande frap but that was notwhat I received. When I took the first sip it tasted nothing like what I like( it has small black hard chunks of something ). Iwent back to ask what these unknown black chunks were and (JAYZMAN) the employee that served me began laughing with the otheremployee and said she would make me another one. Said that the blender still had them in it when she started using it butthought that she had removed all of them I asked why she still served it to me and her response was "because most people likethem" . This was completely unacceptable service. This employee (JAYZMAN) should receive more training on how to make the drinksthat the customer orders and if a mistake is made and noticed it should be taken care of before given to the customer. I really nice place to chill or to catch up on fun. They have a great staff with great coffee drinks and small snack.
Terrible. Employees are incompetent at this location and I should've just walked behind the counter and made the coffee myself.... They sure as hell got my money but unfortunately I did not receive the product that said money paid for. I suggest more thoroughemployment process for starters and better training.
