Friendly staff, but they skimp on toppings to the most extreme degree. For example, I asked for onions, and they literally laid... out single rings and stretched out a line across the sandwich. You couldn't even tell that onions were in there. Also, theirrotisserie chicken was super salty to the point where I had to throw it out. Read more

Terrible customer service!! I received an email for my birthday for a free cookie from Subway. A few weeks later I realized it... was the last day to redeem it, so I went to this Subway to redeem. First, the employee asked if that day was my birthday and Isaid no, but the coupon expired that day. He then told me I had to make a purchase in order to redeem the cookie. I told him itdid not say that on the coupon. I pulled up the coupon on my phone and showed it to him. He even read the fine print out loud.No where did it say a purchase is required, but he still insisted that I had to make a purchase. If that was the case, what wasthe point of asking if that day was my birthday? I was confused by that. I can?t believe he would make such a big deal over onecookie, which Subway offered to me for free as a birthday gift. Read more
