Earlier this week (Wednesday) I visited this location with my sister?s son who is autistic. He?s 22 and can verbalize what he... wants. To continue, there was no greeting or acknowledgement of the customer. I decided not to get my salad that I wanted andlet him order. There are some new subs at this company. He said that he wanted a #3 which was a monster sub I believe. Hepointed to the sign hanging from the ceiling. It should have been clear what he wanted but the woman said the sandwiches areback there to mean not to order by number. Obviously she knew what sub correlated to the number 3. She then asked him if hewanted a 6 or 12 inch. He initially said the 6 inch. I know how he eats and I told him to get the 12 inch. The woman behind thecounter used her hands to demonstrate what a six versus 12 inch looks like to my sister?s son. Her tone was sarcastic and cold.She was clearly making fun of my friend?s son. I don?t like or patronize locations who make fun of the I/DD population. I toldhim that we would go somewhere else. We both walked out. Your company lost revenue because of the rep on the front line. Decided not to purchase a sandwich here. First the restaurant won't accept their coupons so you can try their new sandwiches. I... called three other stores and no one answered the phone. I then visited two other stores where they had posted no couponsaccepted. I know most if not all the stores I either called or visited may be independently owned, so it's their discretion toaccept coupons or not, but if you want your business to succeed, you better give your customers a reason to come and returnagain and again. Otherwise you will go out of business like so many Subway franchises have already. Read more

The workers were very nice. The place was clean. The food was good. I would go back there again.
Two people waiting on me one of them forgot to take my order and went to the next customer and the other one was spaced out and... being very quiet and not asking people what they wanted on their sandwiches. She also wasn't paying attention. Read more
