I rolled in with a good size order at the window. Around $45. Got to the window and they asked me to pull up and it would be out... soon. I probably had to sit there at least about 1 minute. Maybe more but not 2 minutes I'm sure. So a guy comes out with mybag, apologized for the wait and handed it to me. I said that since I had to pull up and wait that I forgot to ask for sauce.You gotta have the sauce.... he told me no sauce, sorry. He then asked me what kind I would like and promptly got it and gave itto me. I asked his name. "G" he said. This guy is so polite and a statement of excellence. I'd get food from him anywhere hegoes even if it wasn't food for me... If he works anywhere doing anything they'll be lucky to have him. Keep it up "G". You theman! Read more
Who would close a busy drive thru and have someone telling each car in line that they are ?only taking Door Dash and orders... through the app??!? I ordered in the app and pulled to the pick up parking spots with other waiting cars. No one would even comeoutside for over 20 mins and when they did it was for one car and as she walked back in I was trying to ask about it my orderand was ignored the first several attempts. An additional 10 mins later she brings 2 bags and I knew it wasn?t mine just by theweight and my that time she had given the other vehicle my bag. I was fine with just exchanging bags rather than wait anadditional 45 mins at that point watching 3 employees standing around talking/laughing/ignoring customers who?ve already paidfor their food and they can see waiting outside. Visited once again 2 ish weeks later and the beans in both my burritos weredehydrated clumps, literally so dry the chucks had a hazy dried appearance and could be broken apart. drive thru customer service was the worst. Older white lady was rude and probably needed a few days off. Seem to intentionally... corrupt my order. It will be a good while before I return. You have to give one star to post. The experience deserves negativemarks. Read more
This Taco Bell sucks. They always get my order wrong. I ordered 4 black bean quesaritos without sour cream from Postmates and I... called up there to ask them not to put sour cream on them and they still put it on them. I got refunded and placed another orderthough Uber Eats and did the same thing and they still put sour cream on them. It?s like they don?t pay attention at all. This place is usually ok for a quick bite. Get plenty of sauce. Tried the chicken quesadilla and it was not flavorful. The... dorito taco was good. Service was fast and staff was friendly.
