Worst experience ever! After paying for my food I ask the girl for some sugar and creamer for my coffee and here comes the... attitude really bad attitude she threw some sugar at me and told me she won?t give me no creamer for my coffee with a really badattitude not professional or providing good customer service, I asked for a refund for such a bad experience and will never goback to that Taco Bell. Food was great. They were short of employees and the lady behind the counter was rude when she spoke to everyone. "USE THE KIOSH... WE DON'T HAVE COUNTER HELP. The drive through was closed so being handicapped I had to go inside. Then placed my order inside along with my 8 year old grand... daughter. It took about 10 minutes for order to get ready. There were only 2 employees visible one at register and one packingorders. My grand daughter gets the bag and we leave. We get home and our order was wrong my grand daughter loves the cinna-bonsso I had ordered a dozen they had given me 2. I took the food back and the manager asked for a receipt which I did not get onebut showed her my receipt from debit card so she told the cashier that is why you need to give a receipt. The place was empty. I had order online and was told to go inside to pick up my order at check out. When my boyfriend walked up... to the door a worker was walking out and yelled at him to go to the drive thru to get his order. The same guy also was workingthe speaker and went thru a whole promotional thing knowing i was picking up an order. Then the lady at the window handed mefood and then slammed the window and walked away My order was crammed into a small bag that about to rip at the bottom and allmy food was smashed. The whole experience was terrible from him yelling at us for following directions on their website to theway the food was bagged and the overall feeling we were bothering them trying to our order. ???????? This was absolutely disgusting one of the worst times you?ve ever been to Taco Bell and we have received this and when we went... back for the second time to go return them and get our money back the man knew what he did wrong and he didn?t even check thetacos but they did give us our money back and then after that they even have the audacity to ask him will take the tacos backdown the way and will make new ones after that we would not like new tacos this is a very disgusting please please do not gothere here are the photos of the tacos and we specifically ordered beef tacos Read more
This is the Taco Bell on Summit Ave. In Greensboro. My order was messed up. When i called and spoke with the manager she... argued with me that she made the order and she used three cheese when in fact it was nacho cheeses that was used. This is toostrong for my young grandbabies. Also it was 3 beef with sour cream roll up short. I had to just get off the phone instead ofcontinuing to argue with her. Read more
I usually visit the one on MLK, because of the freshness of food as it is always very hot(the way I like it). Food taste... great! I always order the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito (sometimes 2) It's on value menu, so, it very affordable. Awhole meal in a pocket. Service is always great. A plus! Read more
