Ordered a steak chalupa, got a chalupa filled with seasoned taco meat. I ate it, of course, because I have a life and I don't... have time to drive all the way back to a fast food restaurant to exchange an item. I don't expect Michelin Star cuisine, butcome on. Went here for breakfast, my first American fast food experience and Taco Bell experience as well. Right off the bat, the cashier... told us that the food is going to be ready in half an hour, even though I came in at 9 which is regular opening hour. So I left.The second visit was more fruitful, I got the new breakfast menu which was pretty good, but I expected more from the mostfavourite and loved American fast food chain. Service was terrible, I have waited for 7 minutes before the cashier even came tothe counter and received my order. It would have been better if they just had the breakfast menu on that touch pad machine, so Icould order it without the cashier. Overall, food was ok and service was terrible. Read more

Every time we go to this location it never fails that they will screw up your order!!!! Nothing in our bag is what we ordered!... So basically we have to unwrap everything to see what we got??? And the drive thru person is always someone with a bad attitude. Read more
Horrible service. The attitudes at this place are always awful from jump. Especially the night shift. You can barely get your... order out before hearing a cold, abrupt ?ok and what else? or ?is that it?? I?ll never go to this Taco Bell again after today.My tacos barely had meat in them. My boyfriend?s cheese sauce had an unidentified slimy object in it. Sometimes they aren?t evenopen when they say they?ll be (although I know that isn?t always under their control). But they deserve zero stars, quitehonestly. They need to tighten up. Update: My man called the next day and the manager was SUPER understanding and so nice inresolving the situation. Shoutout to her. Update 10/13/2021: I came back and there were at least 5 people working in the back. All of them just standing around talking.... They saw me and just kept talking. I waited in line for over 10 minutes before I left without ordering any food.. While I wasthere I was also trying to ask one of the staff to move their car because it was blocking a handicap parking spot. I've seenthis same car multiple times so I know it belongs to a staff member. I have included photos of the vehicle that was rude enoughto block a needed parking spot. The management of this Taco Bell were nice enough to take the handicap sign off of the parkingspot closest to the building in the front and park in it themselves too. Recently somebody had a problem getting the top ontheir cup and dumped their drink into the condiments and straws and had to have help from another customer. One of the managersimmediately shot me a nasty look as if to blame me, without even checking to see who did it. The other manager gives me a badattitude every time I go in there. Read more
