Wish I could do no stars for a rating! My husband and I came here over olive garden thinking it was going to be great! The food... was complete trash! We started with our app chips and salsa, which they gave him like 5 small cups of marinara instead ofsalsa... we had to ask for actual salsa. Then came his plate that he tried to eat but couldn't because his grilled chickentasted like straight ash and rubber! The broccoli and cheese tasted like lemon peels, but he said the mashed potatoes were theonly good thing on his plate. He asked for honey mustard and instead of bringing it the waitress sat down with another employeeand was playing on her phone. He finally got the honey mustard trying to mask the taste of the chicken and decided to send itback. So he ordered the white cheddar broccoli soup and it tasted like windex. So we just paid and left. But it's not thewaitress' fault that the food was bad! She was still very sweet and tried to help as much as she could! This place ruined TGIFriday's for us! I like TGI Fridays, but I have not been to one in years. I ordered the wings with the sauce on the side, a house salad, and a... margarita. Everything tasted fine, but I feel like it could have been better. The wings would have been really good if theywould have put a little seasoning on them, without it, even with the sauce added, were a bit bland. The salad was decent also,and the margarita was ok. Overall I just felt like it all lacked something. I didn't hate it, and I don't have anything bad tosay about it, I just wasn't leaving with the feeling that I had just experienced a great meal. Raven, the bar manager, was working the bar and was great! We just stopped in for a drink and an app while waiting for family to... meet up. Our sampler app was surprisingly very good and my craft beer was on point. I can only imagine how fun it would be anight with a good crowd. My first visit to a TGI Fridays was a success! Read more
Had a good lunch with my daughter everything was on point!Especially the "Fridays Appetizer" which included chicken wings my... choice of flavor, potato skins with bacon, mozzarella sticks, & celery sticks, Our waitress Michelle was very friendly andcourteous, she just showed excellent customer service all around. I give her a 5 star rating as well (Michelle keep up the goodwork; this is your season). Read more
Placed an order for pick up, when it said completed my boyfriend went in to grab it. He forgot to grab a mask and when asked for... the order she responded with I'll get it once you go get a mask. When he came back in he was told it wasn't ready, waiting onthe fries. In the 10 minutes he was waiting for fries she sat a couple that was not wearing a mask without saying anything tothem about it. Once we got the food home the fries were awful and didn't taste fresh at all. I ordered whiskey glazed ribs andthey are so dry and awful I couldn't even eat them. The shrimp was also very cold. The Mac and cheese was not good. They onlything that was good were the bread sticks. Read more
Bought a large family platter of Ribs that should feed about 12 people. This should have been curb side pick up, however had to... wait about an hour to pick up inside. I was then giving the work order. Just half a rack of ribs. I was then told I had to callthe store for a refund, and 2 weeks later I am still awaiting my refund. Awful service and food. My daughter chose this restaurant to celebrate my granddaughter?s 7th birthday. It?s not an establishment I?d been to before but... arrived 45 minutes before the time of the 4 o?clock party. I was told they don?t take reservations and to come back close to 4.I did return to the hostess table at 3:45 and was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait. This was very frustrating as arrivingearly was so that the whole party didn?t have to wait. I was at the restaurant for at least an hour and a half and the rest ofthe party for about 40 minutes before we were ever seated. Once seated, however, our server Daneisha showed up and redeemed theexperience. She was friendly, engaging and made my granddaughter feel special by taking her order first, asking her what type ofcup she wanted her drink in and even bringing her a gift at the end. She handled the whole party of 14 with ease. I had thedragon-glazed salmon with buttered broccoli and coleslaw. It was delicious! My son ordered the sizzling chicken and cheese andhe loved it! I tried the chicken and it was juicy and delicious. I will probably try that next time I go back. So while theexperience started out looking rather bleak, this goes to show that a good, attentive server and some delicious food can makeall the difference! Read more
