If you do not like your food . call them and complain otherwise they won’t change . If you do not ask for rice , you get 1/3... of the container . Veggies are like grilled from a can. I get food here all the time! And it actually taste pretty good, if the vegetables are too soft, I just asked for them to... undercook them a little bit more next time. Come I never see them actually take anything out of the can or whatever so I thinkit’s just raw vegetables to use. Before they start grilling. And I talk to the cashier, that one blonde girl. Apparentlyit’s been a couple rough months for her, I think her mom died or something and I think she has like a major monotonesituation. But she seemed very friendly, maybe a bit annoyed that she has to stay so late half the time and she’s overworked.But she’s good conversation for when we’re waiting. Ask for any other rude service, it is a little bit annoying to have towatch them clean up, but I’m pretty sure they close at nine, and that one cashier gets off at like 8:30. Will not go here again came in 10 mins after 8 said to the cashier I would like to dine in, she just kind of looked at me for a... few seconds then says, are you going to be out at 9… im like well I have almost a hour I was by myself and had a simple orderthen while sitting there they cut off the drink machine and cashier that ask me would I be done by 9 left at 8:40. I always come to Tokyo express when I want fast Japanese food. The food is always good and im always in and out never a long... wait. They seem like they always busy because every time I go they have alot of to go orders already prepared! Never a badexperience here!! Read more
