No Lids!!!! How do you run a business and not have the material to operate. 5/28 went to purchase smoothies and was given 2... kids size cups to equal a regular size smoothie. This is our third and final time coming to this location because the service is always bad. I normally drive to the location in... High Point even though this one is closer to my home because the service sucks. They never fill our smoothie cups up, the belowpics is what I paid for with the exception of the lid not being on my daughters avocolada and spilling on the car after itpopped off and the location didn?t have any napkins, wasn?t apologetic and didn?t have our sandwiches ready even with 9 and Icounted an entire 9 employees behind the counter. The server was rude when I asked for a lid to replace the one that fell offand didn?t even say a word in response or have a good day. I am so disappointed. Read more

Sunrise sunset is my favorite some other good ones I?ve tried are jetty punch ( strawberry & banana), blimey limey (... pomegranate, banana, cranberry & strawberries ) and Blueberry Bliss ( blueberries, strawberries & banana). Sometimes I get thechipotle chicken club which is pretty okay considering it?s a smoothie shop. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is alwaysclean. The only thing to note is that it appears they use doordash for their deliveries. Yet, for a few times in a row theywould come without my smoothie and just bring the wrap?. Like ? Um I order from a smoothie shop to get a smoothie. Overall thetropical smoothie cafe located here is fairly consistent and good. Read more
Nice place with smoothies and food too. The smoothies are not too expansive and they come in a really good size. The only... complain I have is that they have an option to add ?fresh? and ?boost? but they don?t tell what fresh or boost I can add. When I went in to pickup my to go order, no one greeted me I actually had to speak to both employees (one who was mopping and... the other was looking ready to go home behind the counter with a rolled up sweat shirt, athletic head band, rude facialexpression and some red braids). In the middle of saying ?I?m actually here to pick up a to go order? the employee with the redbraids motioned and pointed over to what I assume is the to go area (I?m assuming because there was no signage or helpfulemployee in that area to assist) it just came off as if she didn?t care what I had to say, and was only focused on going homefor the evening. I?m not sure, maybe she worked a bad shift. But it left a very bad taste in my mouth. I worked and managed incustomer service for many years and would never even want a guest to feel uncomfortable in any business establishment where theyare choosing to spend their money. After she gestured by pointing her finger in the middle of me explaining why I was there, Iasked her for her name because I had every intention in letting her hire ups know that they may want to staff the store with amore friendly and good will establishing employee. She was hesitant to give me her name and after several seconds replied?Misha? could be spelled differently I am not sure. After I grabbed my order I quickly left out because I was so uncomfortable,just to realize there were no straws with my order so I went back inside and caught the end of what sounded like some sh*ttalking which I 0/0 recommended . I mean seriously, GET YALLS RATCHET EMPLOYEES it?s really not a good look for the company.This was on 12/07 at the Bridford Parkway location in Greensboro, NC around 7:35pm.
