Went inside and ordered take out..long story short..they said 10 mins..I was there an hour because the guy that took my order... never called out our order. If I hadn't already paid I would have left. Poor service on top of the fact they put onions in myfood and I asked for no onions twice and they combined one of my orders and put everything on the same plate. Read more

Me, my little sister, my older brother and his girlfriend. All went to this Waffle-House from 2 to 3. At around the 2:00 PM mark... we were greeted with tape across one half of the restaurant with the workers kids upon that side and 3 free tables that could?vebeen used for customers that were walking in and such as ourselves, when a table was free within the remaining area that wasn?ttaken by children, no one wanted to clean that table nor did it seem like anyone acknowledged us or that table, when someonecleaned it, they were the ?only server? cause 5+ people (INCLUDING THE MANAGER THATS BEEN THERE FOR YEARS) were ?on break?(seating had taken 15-34 minutes). When we got our food it is pretty much the only thing that was perfect there. (Their childrenwere crying, yelling. Etc). I understand people need a break sometimes but that is no excuse for when you only have ONE personworking and 5+ people sitting around for an hour. Went to hooters got some shrimp tacos they sucked. Walk next door To the waffle house Got the grand slam and A t-bone. It was... cheaper than hooters And delicious! Hit the spot! Twice that I have gone to this Waffle House and refused me service. Being 1 in the morning but 5 people in the kitchen 2 other... customers and 3 guys in uniform smoking reefer outside. They said they need to catch up on to go orders. I thought a walk-intakes priority. I thought Waffle House was 24/7. This is the only location with this problem I have ever been too. There was only one server and a cook. They were awesome. The server was completing to go orders as well as waiting her tables.
