Ordered on the app to pick up thru the drive thru. Told to pull up to the window. Get to the window and told to pull up to the... side door they are going to bring out to me. Wait almost 5 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches 2 things of potatoes 2 Frenchtoast sticks 2 chocolate milk. She hands me the food says they don't have chocolate milk. I say I don't want anything else justgive me a refund. They say they can't I have to do it on the app. I say there is no way on the app to ask for a refund. They saycall customer service. Mind you this is a reg employee relaying everything back and forth to the manager since they couldn't bebothered to come speak themselves. Get home French toast sticks are burned the sausage is way 2 spicy and the chicken wassupposed to have extra honey butter and didn't. Only thing ok was the potatoes and they were half filled. Call customer servicethey say they have to send it back to the store for a refund. So why did I have to wait on hold for 15 minutes? Every time Icome to this location it's a problem. Please fix it! This place is a joke the staff is rude at night time and the food is cold. I would not eat here at least go somewhere they are... nice and say thank you. And these places wonder why chick fila stays busy CUSTOMER SERVICE is what this place lacks. Read more

I don?t why this Wendy?s has a 3.5 star rating. This Wendy?s is getting a 4 star rating and this is why. I started going to this... location about 3 weeks ago. Ever since I?ve been going back like multiple times a week or ever so just bc their French fries arehands down delicious. Not too soggy or oily, they are just right like baby bear. The nuggets are good and crispy and frosty ison par. They maybe youngsters in there but they sure do know what they are doing when they?re cooking. Keep up the good work andcontinue to be humble. Order horribly wrong. Kids meal missing nuggets. Drinks incorrect. Wrong sandwiches. Took 25 minutes to get through drive-thru... and 3 attempts to get the order right. I came here on 1/10/21 around 6:35pm. I ordered on the app as it?s much easier with fast food restaurant. I got my normal 4 for... $4. I always get the jr bacon cheese burger (only ketchup). We all know it?s comes with nuggets and fries. For my drink, I getthe strawberry lemonade. It?s always sooooooo good! If you?ve never had it, it?s a must try!! I tried their pub fries for thefirst time. It was free because I placed my order on the app (hint: make an account and play your orders there. They have offerswith cash off and/or free items. Plus their reward system is good. You get points with each purchase and then can use the pointsfor free items). The pub fries were hot, fresh, and tasty! I ate them as soon as I got back to my car. I went inside to get myfood vs going through drive through. Wendy?s is notorious know for being slow. However, this time, they were fast! I waitedmaybe 2-3 mins since I went inside. Staff were wearing mask and were friendly. It was nice and clean too. I don?t think they areallowing people to sit inside though. My nuggets and fries that came with my combo were warm versus hot, but it was no biggie. Iate it lol. Plus, the revamped bbq is so amazing! Has this huge sign in the drive through! Yet when I visit they are only accepting cash. Do not have any lemonades available. No... sweet tea. Does not have the sauce to make garlic fries. Drive through staff is very rude and unapologetic about not havingitems advertised! Read more
