Rude. The speaker wasn't working when my husband and I pulled up, so we drove to the window to place our order. We explained to... the young lady that we just kept hearing a clicking noise and decided to pull up to place our order. I just wanted a largelemonade and an order of garlic fries. For whatever reason the young lady couldn't help us and she told us to go to the nextwindow. When we pulled up my husband said, "see, she has an attitude." I started to defend her, but as soon as she opened thewindow, with a frown and much attitude we were greeted with *SIGH, ROLLED EYES* and "what can I get you?" I told him to justpull off. I should have kept driving when I saw they only had one car in the drive thru. Simple Biggie Bag order. They did not give me my... JBC, instead I got a cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard. Fries were extremely salty. Upgraded my drink to Pineapple Mango, itdid not taste like others I received at different Wendy's. Called customer service, no call back. That's ok called my creditcard company for my $5.87 refund. Will not be back to your restaurant. Read more
Awesome TEAM last night on the way to BIBLE STUDY at Community Of Faith Baptist Church.. They WORKED TOGETHER to make SURE we... had EVERYTHING we Ordered before we pulled off. If I could give this Wendy?s zero stars I would. The worst establishment ever! I?ve visited this location twice within a span of... two weeks. Every time I have been there Is a very long wait for them to serve me incorrect food with the worst service possible.When I call to complain the employees always accuse me of lying. This Wendys is closest to my office. Therefore, it is a common lunch spot. I order on the app often and usually do not have a... problem. Today, was the day that changed. The lady in the window was extremely rude and incompetent. Then, my order was shovedto me including my drinks. If an employee cannot handle their aggression they shouldn?t be in the window. Of course, once Icheck the bags I?m missing an entire order of 10PC nuggets ! Unfortunately, since I am on a timed lunch I did not have time togo back. Not a good staff. They got my order wrong and was upset with me when they were asked to correct my order . which was made... incorrect even a 2nd time. I had to ask for manager to get my correct order after about 30 mins . Now two months later I go backand got a baconator !!omg it barely had bacon on it and the bread was stale . There needs to be a better system for door dash pick ups. The lobby is always closed during the day and night. Drive through... takes about 20 to 30 minutes easy. This type of service is unacceptable. To much time spending in the Drive through is costingdoor dash workers to lose money and gas and also causing customers orders to be late.
