Fries were room temperature sandwich was just disappointing but it's been awhile since I have ate Wendy's. The store was dirty,... the parking lot was dirty the restrooms were filthy and just a bunch of people walking around the parking lot for a very "hood"filling. Read more

Picked up breakfast for my daughter. She had the French toast sticks. She said they were very good.
DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS. This is the absolute worst place to go. The manager should be fired immediately. Im doordashing and I... have to go through the drive thru bc the lobby closes at 10. Were stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes before I get out andtry to go inside. The door is UNLOCKED. I walk in and theyre like "wow how did you get in!?" I tell them the door is unlockedand I have an order for doordash. One of the employees asks for the name, I give her the name. As shes helping me, the managercomes out from the back yelling "you can't be in here" almost pushing me out of the door. While this is happening another guycomes in for doordash and she pushes us both out. So were forced to go back to our cars where theres a curb surrounding us andwe cant even get out. It's Friday night and obviously these Wendy's close at different times in this state. I think their customer service suck! They... had people waiting and then all of sudden they speak on the speaker "we are close". You couldn't say that 15 mins ago when youheard me pull up to the speaker after waiting 20 mins prior because I was stuck in their driveway and couldn't move. Just to sitand here that. Come on Wendy's it's called common courtesy. Learn to have that. Even if they don't train you to do it, it showsthe hometraining of their staff. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, will never eat at any Wendy's in Greensboro NC. Read more
Waited 15 minutes for a shift change to happen. Thinking that they were going to take my order after 15 minutes. They still had... not proceeded to take my order. Ask how much longer it was going to be? The worker that answered me on the intercom stated theydidn't know yelling and very rude. So to corporate I'm hoping you guys can see this message if you're wondering why you'relosing money at the 5:00 hour. Here's why your workers are standing in the window playing not taking orders as I sat there forthose 15 minutes. I watched approximately six or seven cars drive off the parking lot because they never got a chance to orderfrom being behind me. Something needs to be done about this! Read more
Very slow in the drive thru. I waiting at the speaker for about 5 mins. There was one car at the first window. It drove off and... I still had to wait for someone to say anything. No bbq sauce no lids for small cups. Attitude was given when I asked them tomake my drink again because I ordered no ice. The food was at least hot. So far the worse Wendys I've been to. Read more
