Super rude and super slow! They closed the inside because they have low staff but the drive through is wrapped around the... building and had to wait 25 minutes! If y?all are so understaffed you need to close or post a sign that says a 30 minute wait!!!Fries were cold and order got messed up! Ridiculous!!! Read more

This Zaxby?s is far the worst I?ve experience. And I experience it a little too often due to it being right near my house. I?ve... bit my tongue thinking it would get better but it?s just consistently bad. Most of the time there is an issue with my order,whether it be lack of sauces and then them trying to charge me for sauce I never received, or to the overcooked wings, or to thelack of fries whenever I ?go big? on my order. Tonight just did it for me. I ordered thru the app and did curbside, checked inwhen I got there, and sat in the curbside spot for 15 mins. After watching cars come and go thru the drive thru, I joined thedrive thru to try and retrieve my order. I pulled to the window and was greeted very unpleasantly by the person working thewindow. My food was just sitting on the counter and of course I get it and it?s lukewarm and fries are soggy. Then, while I?meating it, one of the wings had a whole feather on it. I?m not talking just a strand of a feather. The wing sauce stuck to everybit of that feather and you would?ve thought it was a piece of the skin of the chicken. Between it being fried, sauced, and puton my plate, someone had to have noticed this chicken with a big feather on it. At this point my entire appetite is gone. Myexperiences at this location is bad 90% of the time. Terrible experience. Every single aspect of our online Uber eats order was wrong. The food we did receive and members of our... order who could eat something were happy with quality. Manager David alone made my experience as right as he could. Disappointedin the order and lack of product, but pleased David was willing to help me, and coach his team. The order taker sounded like she didn?t want to be there for one and for two I asked for a Cobb salad and wings. My salad was... missing ingredients just thrown together and I had more sauce in the bag than on my wings smh. For the time we all waited inthat drive thru line my order should have been perfect. The food is always good here especially the salad but, every single time, ALWAY ALWAYS ALWAYS missing items from the order. No... matter what time of the day you go, how frequently you go, if you order through the drive through or go inside, your order willbe wrong or missing something. I stopped eating here for several months and decided to give them a try again, silly me forforgetting to check the bag and open each container to check the food, 2 wings were missing from my 10 piece bbq wing order, itnever fails. Wife and I stopped for a quick bite on our day trip, stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes and was totally ignored. No one... even acknowledge the fact that we were standing there. Young lady behind the counter just turned looked at us and walked away,the people in the back who were preparing the food looked up and they were just talking to each other. One of the better run locations in the system. The service and food was great. Would stop here again when traveling.

Terrible service. Trinity, the cashier, was new. She'd be ok if she could get some help training but the Co workers are too busy... playing on their phones. After 16 mins I was informed they didn't have the Cajun club because they were out of chicken. I said"how...yall literally only sell chicken " She replied "we outta grilled chicken" guess the chicken isn't fresh asadvertised...or maybe the grilled chicken comes from a different breed of chicken vs fried chicken. Anywho, no biggie, I askedfor a zax snak pac. They never offered to refund the balance as I had already paid, and snak pac is 2$ cheaper. Ohwell...butthen they gave me a bbq tender meal....I'm dying here. It's the Benny hill show but inside a zaxbys. So if you want slapstickcomedy and like potluck / surprise dinners this is the spot. If you prefer good food w/good service in a timely manner, I'd goelsewhere. Ashame too, nice property and nice building. Read more
