I've been here multiple times considering I work down the street. 1st thing, the new cashier they have behind the counter... doesn't know what she's doing, she's slow, takes 5 minutes to try and spell your name after you just spelled it out for her,evert employee there is lazy, rude and inconsiderate. I walked in the morning, drive thru line backed up and one lady laying herhead down. Now on to my order. I ordered the loaded fries add tongue sauce (add not replace the ranch with, add to it) I got myorder, the entire right side of my order had a gigantic blob of ranch, and a packet of tounge sauce. Returned to get itcorrected. I told the cashier lady (whos slow to understand words) that I wanted loaded fries and add tongue sauce to it. Shesaid ok ill get it fixed. It came back with just tongue sauce and no ranch. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting to speak to themanager. She took it to correct it and I overheard her telling her team to double check orders before they leave. Great lady.Nice and trying to get her team to pay attention like a Manger should. Then I heard one of her employees come back and say weasked him 3 times if he wanted ranch and he said no. Ummm no I wanted ranch that came with it and add the extra sauce Irequested. Absolutely lazy employees. They all work with a frown. Orders were coming out slow and screwed up. We love zaxbys. However, the experience can be hit or miss. Last night we came home with chewy fries, 1 sauce when we asked for... 2, and no seasoning on the fries when we asked for extra seasoning. Not end of the world... but distracting anddisappointing. And... what's up with the too dark windows? It gives the place a consistently sketchy, unsafe vibe ...like they're always closed and the building, abandoned...or it's only for adults. My 10 year old loves the food but it feelsunwelcoming in the setup and decor and the quietness - like they are about to close for the day, regardless of time you go Seemslike a missed opportunity to have a more family friendly feeling ..inviting families to spend money and eat in. After 20 minutes I went to the counter to find that they had "lost" my order. After 5 more minutes I was then given the wrong... salad. I handed it back politely to the girl behind the counter and explained that it was not what I ordered. Another 5 minutesand I was handed the correct salad with very little chicken and no toast at all. I just took it and left very dissatisfied. Iwon't be back to this location anytime soon. Read more

I love Zaxbys but the Chicen tenders jave been dry, overcooked, shriveled, and salty lately. I have not been in the mood to call... the store afterwards to complain. It's become ridiculous. Food is too high for workers to be lazy about the quality of foodserved. Read more
