I am ashamed to write that my cheese experience has been pretty much based on Borden yellow or white, with a touch of Boursin on... special occasions. Those days are behind me now, thanks to Jasper Hill. A fabulous friend sent me a huge package of variouscheeses to offer at a pre-50+1 high school reunion party at my home. The upside was that it was the best cheese we ever ate -the downside is that people ate so much cheese they barely had room for the main course, let alone dessert!\n\nBye bye Borden.
