We thought we would give it a try, we stood there for 20 min waiting for service. There were only 3 other small groups in the... restaurant. The waitress walked past us several times and never acknowledged that we were there. Took a couple phone orders thenwalked away again. Never once did she acknowledge we were there. I was impressed with the food, my wife and I ordered calzones and they were huge and delicious, my fiends ordered pizza and they... were happy with it. Good prices, nice place. Just a side note, it doesn?t look like a restaurant from the outside, drove by afew times wondering if it was the right place. Read more
I like the vibe of this place, lots of wood. Great atmosphere. My kids like it too. The service was great, and the food wasn't... bad. Pizza and calzones were yummy. The wait time for the food was a little long, but there were several people there and only afew people working. So no worries. Read more
Stopped in for lunch at this restaurant, ordered some pepper jack mac & cheese bites, they were Awesome. Also had a Pepperoni... pizza, which was ok. It is a little pricey, but worth going and trying. Read more
Not great today. Workers were not as friendly, food came out slower than usual, and the toasted ravioli (in both orders) weren't... completely separated leading to parts being just plain, boiled pasta. Will try again, but this day was definitely not the usuallevel of service expected. Read more
TERRIBLE PIZZA & EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE The beer, cheese bread, and breadsticks were all fine, but the pizza was only half... baked and just plan terrible/uneatable; worst pizza I ever had! The bottom crust was underbaked, doughy, and super thin (sheetof paper thick). Since the pizza was so, so undercooked the huge amount of cheese was rubbery and stringy and just so awful it'shard to describe! Could not even taste the toppings buried in half cooked cheese. No one greeted us or even acknowledged us atall when there were only 2 other customers there and we were very near the main walk through and we should have been easy tosee. The employee was somewhat friendly when I ordered but was clearly not trained correctly or has bad listening skills thatshe got the pizza order/ toppings wrong. I said 16" chicken pizza and additionally we want to add pepperoni and black olives.All we got was chicken and the 2 added items but not the 4 or 5 other toppings that come on the chicken pizza. Dunno how muchclearer I could have been. Asked to speak to the manager she came right over (for the first time she actually noticed us in theempty dinning room) and for the most part was pretty sincere and apologetic and I explained all the issues with the service andfood we experienced. She asked about them baking a new pizza but by then we had lost our appetite, didn't want to wait for a newpizza, and the biggest reason was that I was very certain that the quality of that 2nd pizza wouldn't be much better and worthwaiting for. So I said we can probably take the pizza home (5 slices left) and finish baking it at home (WHICH WE DID DO ANDAFTER BEING COMPLETELY BAKED PROPERLY TASTED MUCH BETTER AND WAS ACTUALLY EATABLE) and I asked for a refund. Manager agreed tothis and kindly asked us to wait a few minutes for the owner to come and do the refund; so we did.
