We have been to this location multiple times but unfortunately tonight was not a good night. Did the 2 for $30 and my fiancé... got the steak (done med rare) and it came out well done. Kindly sent it back and the manager brought out a new one after about10 mins and it was still medium well and it also had a big tendon in it (which sirloins should not have). At that point itwasn?t worth sending it back because everyone else was finishing their meals and we had already waited about 45 mins for ourapps to come out and about an hour for the food with an empty restaurant and many servers. But they didn?t even take it off thebill or offer to do anything for us which also kinda sucked on their end. Overall not a good dinner. Read more

The food is what you expect from a chain restaurant. We were a large group, so some concessions can be made about service, but... our table was never bussed, so appetizer plates were congesting the table for dinner, I asked for a second cup of coffee 3times and never got it, and they brought the bill and wanted paid before I could get a dessert. Again, I understand our groupis big and loud, but the combination made it less than a stellar trip this time. Read more
Very disappointed, waited for over 15 minutes with empty drinks on the table. Steak was over cooked was asked if I wanted them... to make new but I didn't want to wait another hour. Husbands clearly asked for them to not put mushrooms or onions on his platebut of course that request was ignored. I can honestly say the waitress was not attentive at all. Also had 3 children in mygroup got seated in the bar area around some obnoxious men that were using some cheesy 1980 pick up lines to the waitresses thatwere going to the bar to pick up drinks. My wife and I stopped here while traveling. We got the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer. My wife got the fajita wrap and... fries. I chose the quesadilla burger with fries. Both of the dishes were great! Cooked as we ordered! Also a sidenote...this is a Pepsi/Mt. Dew restaurant. The one we regularly visit in Knoxville is a Coca-Cola restaurant. Read more
Absolutely terrible manners and lack of professionalism killed my entire experience there. Don't get me wrong most of the staff... was wonderful however the waitress Victoria was completely rude to my entire table and all of the other tables that she wasserving. I have worked in customer service long enough to know that isn't right and she should be punished for her unwillingnessto do her job. If nothing is done by management I will be going straight to corporate. Also the fact that she looked completelyunprepared and unprofessional made the experience worse. I have eaten here many times but unfortunately I won't ever again untilthis issue is resolved. This Applebee's in Greensburg PA is a little larger than most in the area. We like the atmosphere here and we always had good... food for everything we order. All of the waiters and waitress are always friendly. Read more
