I don't typically review and I usually love BWW but my experience today was awful. The hostess was severely lacking in... personality. The server was somewhat better. Took a long while to get our drink order after we were seated and by that time wewere ready to order. Once my food came, my fries were cold, the wrap was ok. The server never came back to check on us til wewere waiting for the check. I work in food service so I am very patient and understanding. But they were neither really busy orunderstaffed. Normally I am very impressed with this Buffalo Wild Wings but this time I was not. Normally we eat in but today we decided to... get take out. When we got there, they had said someone came in and took our take out order so we had to wait for them to remakeit. We were fine it honestly didn?t take that long but when we got home half the order was messed up. I get they were very busyand mistakes happen it?s just disappointing spending money on food I won?t eat. Read more
The food was amazing and the service was fast. The waitress didn't seem like she had enough time to come and see if we needed... refills or anything. It was really loud in there, couldn't hear my husband talk and he was sitting right across from me. Otherthan that the food was amazing and decent prices. Read more
Ordered brisket tacos , with fries, 40 minutes later the bartender brings them to me, meanwhile two other guys who ordered... there stuff after me already got there stuff like 15 minutes earlier. So the tacos were ice cold, the fries were ice cold. Thisplace is really ridiculous everytime I come here the bartenders are flirting with the same two old men at end of bar who areproper every day. So they pretty much ignore everyone else. I am willing to be lt my order was back there sitting for 20 minuteswith all the cooks coughing and who knows what else all over my food. We absolutely love Thursdays for half off boneless wings! The bartenders and servers are all great to talk to, and the food is... always consistent! Definitely a great chain Read more
We like the food but the place is very noisy and now they took the wall down that divide the bar from the dinning room. So the... only thing they accomplished is to make it even louder. Stupid move!!! For older people that are hard of hearing it reallysucks!!!! Read more
Very cool envious. They were busy yet the food came out well made and fast. The waitress was busy but you couldn?t tell by her... performance. If I?m ever back in PA I would definitely come back to the BWW. Read more
Server was very attentive and refilled drinks quickly. However, the best part of my meal was my tortilla chips. The wings were... very cold and not the right sauce. The food took far too long to arrive at the table and came 2 minutes after the appetizer cameout. Read more
