My first time, and last time eating there! Me and my husband shared a large Philly cheesesteak the sandwich wasn?t bad however... when I paid I handed him my card because their card reader was down when I got the receipt and I put it in my purse withoutlooking at it when I got home I noticed my total bill is $171. There was a $156 Dollar tip put onto my card without my approvalI don?t ever tip at fast food restaurants, let alone that kind of amount. Now I have been trying for the past three days to getmy money back and all I get towed from corporate is we escalated your matter you should get a refund soon. Wish I could give this place a zero! The whole experience was awful... When paying $20 for two philly cheese stakes i expect it... to be getting my money's worth! I had 3 little pieces of green pepper, a couple pieces of onion, but not a mushrooms in sight..Wasn't surprising though after I seen the amount of steak on the hoagie. Used to be the Best steak subs, I always got the 3 cheese bacon and steak just opened opened up my order and BACON BITS!!! Not... the full strips that they used to use price went up almost a dollar a sub and they give you Bacon bits and very little toboot!!! Very disappointed just lost a regular customer.... Read more
I'm so taken aback by the customer service that I'm literally writing this while in front of the store front. The person working... the register, a lady with a long pony tail (which as someone who works with food knows that it should be properly secured, not 3feet dangling from a poorly secured hair elastic) was extremely rude. You may want to teach them not to roll their eyes atcustomers and to not answer with "uh huh". The 2 men working the grill were extremely nice and friendly, but still couldn't getrid of the bad taste from the previous interaction. Read more
This is the worst Charley?s to go to. I have gotten Charley?s for the past 6 years and never had a problem till now. This... Charley?s has very disrespectful people working, the grill was very dirty and disgusting. I tried paying with a $50 bill andthey rudely told me that I couldn?t pay with that. Then, I tried using the buy the 7th sandwich get the 8th free and theywouldn?t let me get a large when I was able to get a ton of these before at many different locations. I have never been sodisappointed in Charley?s before now. I hope they fire the manager and the worker that was working tonight March 9th 2020because of how disrespectful they were to me tonight. Staff didn't even acknowledge I was there. Stood there for probably three or 4 minutes with not even a greeting, or I'll be with... you one moment. Didn't even look at me let alone say anything and I was the only one standing there. After not beingacknowledged, I decided to go elsewhere. The sandwich itself is good because I've had it before, but probably will not go backunless I get treated better by their staff. Read more
