Ordered a well done bacon burger and got a medium well bacon burger. Also, the little slice of tomato was disgusting and if I... was cooking this for myself or another i would have tossed it in the trash. (See picture). My ordered water and it wasdisgusting tasting and the unsweetened iced tea was not that great tasting either. Stopped in for dinner and the place was literally dead. Like nobody goes out on a Friday evening? Anyhow, I can see why! The... place was absolutely FREEZING!!!!!!!!!!!! I live less than 2 miles from this Chilli's. I picked the food up about 2 minutes after it was marked ready, and when I got... home (about 5 min) The food was stone cold. It was clearly ready prior to notification and not placed under a heat lamp. Iunderstand heat loss for takeout, but my daughter's fries were actually cold to the touch, and every meal had to be thoroughlyreheated. It is evident that Chili's cares little about the takeout customers. Had the food been in that condition dine-in, wewould have walked out. Extremely disappointed. Read more
Just left and was very disappointed. Took us 5 minutes to get a drink. I ordered my daughter macaroni and cheese and it came... with a hair. I had to ask for my appetizer which came out at the same time is the kids food. Which usually isn?t a problem butmy food came right behind it. It wasn?t that busy when I walked in so I?m not sure where the disconnect was but I am extremelyunsatisfied. I asked that she take the pasta back until I was finished with my appetizer (she was a little irritated by this)and when she brought it back?. you could tell it had been dried out by heat lamp. I told her that the macaroni and cheese had ahair in it and she had an extreme attitude and told me that it was going to be taken off my bill. It?s been a while since dining in at this location so we visited yesterday for a family birthday dinner. PROS: The food is still... as good as I remember and the staff were very nice! Even the kids ate well! CONS: The restaurant could use a really goodcleaning. I actually considered leaving at first but we had several people with us. If it was a regular dinner out, I likelywould have politely left. The first thing I noticed was the smell. While restaurants typicality smell like the aroma of the foodthey serve, this location emits a stale, old grease smell as soon as you walk inside. The tables and menus were sticky and thecredit card machine that sits on the table was greasy and had dried crusty food on it. There was also a dead fly on the windowseal next to me. Then the cocktail I ordered came with a noticeably brown lime wedge (which was the only thing I complainedabout during our whole visit). The concerning part was that we were there on a non-busy Wed afternoon so it?s not as if therestaurant was too busy to keep up with the basics. I?m sure I won?t go back for a while. Went with my family for supper. I wanted to sit at a booth, but, none were available. So glad we were seated in the bar area.... Mike our server was amazing! Very knowledgeable and on the ball. He made our time there a great experience. Food was good asexpected. Not waiting for a drink refil or extra sauce was great.. So request Mike when you go. Read more
Terrible service but not the waitress fault. She was one of two workers. The young manager did not seem interested in anything.... The table was sticky, our bill was wrong, we were charged $1 for ranch dressing twice, no resolution to the terrible experience.The food was overcooked and all I ordered was ice water and it taste like it was pulled out of an aquarium.
