Horrible. Don?t order on line. Spent 40 for three bowls. They barely got full scoops for rice and meat. And I paid for double... the meat. Rice was old ..and they tried to fluff the plate with salsa. They are constantly running out of food so I assumethat?s why I got such little of everything. Never again. Read more
Idk what's happening but I waited to order for 40 mins. With 2 people ahead of me. It was 750pm . I watched other employees... make online orders...about 12 of them before they even got to me .I guess online orders are more important than people thatactually come into the store. They ran out of cheese which usually is kind of important when you want tacos. I had to ask themto actually stir up the stuff in the pans that were completely dried before they put it on. (The chicken was not good) know it'stough out there in the world of work. Don't just throw people into the mix without proper training. ( The store was actuallygross. This is the only chipotle we ever go to and it used to always be good. It has gone downhill and I understand places can be short... staffed but we went twice this week and they had no protein besides chicken both times. Tonight we went for the second time andno steak again so my boyfriend got chicken and the worker offered me the steak from the online order side. Then there was noguacamole so they told me no which is fine but then they offered the lady behind me guacamole as I was paying from the onlineorder side as I was right there? we got take out and after almost eating my whole bowl I find a sticker still on my fresh salsatomatoes and which I understand that could?ve been a mistake as well but seeing how the place ran the last two times we werethere in a week it?s unsettling as they seem sloppy and rushed. There have also only been 3-4 workers there both times we wentand management needs to make sure they have more help especially on a Saturday night with dinner rush. Before you rate this place 1 star or criticize the employees because your food was not ready for pick up, remember it is not the... employees fault that they get hammered with a bunch of orders at once. Your order does not magically get made in a instant,theres under paid employees trying there best to get all the orders out. Cheer them up next time your order is delayed insteadof giving them a nasty comment, they are trying there best. Read more
This location is ok. I've been here twice. First time was good. Second time, not so much. I ordered online, picked up my order,... went home and opened it to find there was missing ingredients. Nobody answered the phone so I drove there to get it correctedonly to be told they were out of the ingredient. I don't know why they would proceed to make the said item and not notate thatthe items were missing instead of giving me a call asking of I'd still like it. They really dropped the ball on that one. My food was made to order perfectly. It was good. This location had alot of outdoor seating.The cleanliness of the women's... bathroom was just okay, kind of gross. The inside tables also needed to be wiped off. They were pretty busy. Read more
Used to work at this location, almost 3 years, so i want to share my experience. This place has vastly improved over the years,... even if it doesn't look like it. management has changed wildly over the years, but the manager working there now really caresabout her team and providing good quality food. The back of the store is cleaner than many of the other Chipotle's in the area(as I've been to a few to help out, or eat at as a customer). I currently live an hour away, but sometimes make the trip becauseI know how they make the food so I feel safe eating there. I can't say for all the staff working there as many of the peoplethat worked with me are probably gone, but the workers that have worked there for a while are amazing at their job. Read more
I?ve only ever had bad experiences at this Chipotle. I?ve given them the benefit of the doubt and went back multiple times.... Only to have a bad experience time after time. Take the extra seven minute drive and go to the one by the mall, where you won?tbe disappointed. The staff here acts like you?re bothering them by ordering a burrito. Very dirty. Their portions suck. Alwaysout of something, food is never fresh. Staff is cranky. Read more
