Possibly the worst service I have ever had. After going through the drive through and receiving my order wrong twice, I went... inside and went to the register to be given the right drink in the wrong sized cup. The guy then made it seem as if I was theone responsible for the wrong size and asked me "Is this the size" very rudely. I'm sorry you're to dumb to know what a mediumcup is. The staff was extremely rude including the drive thru staff. All together I waited a total of an hour just to receivethe 2 items I originally ordered. Read more
I would give a negative star if I could. The sign says the lobby is open at 7am and it's past 8:30am. My husband and I tried to... open either one of the entrance doors and they looked at us from the inside and didn't come to say anything to us. Severalpeople after us were treated the same way. How do you not have donuts at 830am when you're a DONUT SHOP??? Seriously, that's just as bad as saying, we don't have lumber at... a lumber store!!! My doughnuts looked liked they were dropped on the floor because this dumb guy couldn't take the time to wrap are doughnuts and... just through them in the bag and slow. Worst customer service I have ever experienced here. The girl at the window was unbelievably rude to my sister and I. She made... it seem as if we just made her day 100 times harder just by asking if we could have a pup cup for our dog. We even complimentedher nails and she just rolled her eyes and walked away.
