I just called to place an order for the next day. The person who answered the phone just said "yo". He didn't say hi or even... that it was Dunkin Donuts. I asked if I could place an order. He repeated my question to people that must have been next tohim and the only response I got was laughter. That is fine. My business will go to the Dunkin on route 30. This is the worst Dunkin set up I?ve ever encountered. Getting into the parking lot is a nightmare. They allow customers to sit... queued up on a busy intersection blocking traffic. I can?t actually comment on the products because I?m too busy trying not toget hit or hit anyone attempting to go through the drive thru. Read more
My husband went to Dunkin on Rt. 119 in South Greensburg to get donuts. As soon as he walked in the lady was rude and yelled out... and told him that she was ONLY taking drive thru and pre- orders. So why were the doors open/unlocked?! He drove to the Rt. 30Jeannette location, which is way better, just further away. Never going to Rt. 119 location again. Read more

The cashier, Ashley, was ill mannered and rushing me to order. Than when I asked for the drink I wanted with no whipped cream... she put a different drink and told me " It's like the same thing" When I asked her why the register said something differentwhat I asked for. I wouldn?t recommend spending money at this Dunkin. 9 times out of 10 my coffee is messed up, horribly messed up. The coffee... often taste how fast food restaurant trash cans smell, it?s really bad. The only luck I have is when I come to this Dunkinaround 3 or 4 PM, my coffee usually isn?t horrible around those times. I keep trying to give this place a chance because it?s close to my house and I?m a big Dunkin? Donuts fan. I?ve never... experienced a worse Dunkin? store. The employees are rude and I have not had one good experience there. I either receive thewrong items or it?s not made the way I asked for it. Today I came in to eat rather than go through the drive thru and ordered asandwich for my toddler. It was burnt to a crisp. I had to take it back. They remade it and it came out like the second picture,falling apart. I had to disassemble the sand which so he could actually eat it.
