They are one of our fav sub places around, and especially this particular location. John is very hard working and keeps this... store SO clean and everyone has always been friendly to us here. We haven't had a sub we didn't like, and we feel they arealways generous with the meat compared to other sub places, plus I love that they donate to a good cause. My wife and I love this place for more than their great food. In the food aspect however, it is easy to dismiss a template in a... chain setting and just put it together. The Franchisees, management and staff consistently put out quality food. Now, beyond thefood, the Franchisee's are some of the most caring businessmen I've had the opportunity of knowing. The passion and care theyhave for their community and those who are in need are unrivaled. So I finally saw that I had a Firehouse Subs location close to me. My wife and I tried it and were impressed with the inside.... Very clean. They greet you when you walk in but having said this, the day we went the 2 guys barely showed interest as theygreeted you. The menu is quite easy and it is simple and quick to order your food. The prices are about same as you would findordering same amount of food at say Subway. What I really like about these guys is they actually donate to emergency services intheir areas. Nobody actually donates anything nowadays. I found out though after it all that they have a round up at time ofsale which donates everything rounded up to local fire dept. I purchased their 5 gal buckets for 3$ each and 100% of that goesinto fire depts so that is awesome and who can't always use another 5 gal bucket? Anyway, I applaud what this company stands forand I will, when chance is there, stop and give them my business. 2 thumbs way up guys. Read more
