I enjoyed the salad bar. However my stuffed chicken was dry and did not taste fresh. Service was great.
Had a nice time. Salad bar was fresh and delicious. The steak was good not great. The server was impressive, she took our order... completely by memory. They put your child's name on the hot dog which I thought was really cool. Makes it almost feel like it'sworth paying $7.50 for it as a kids meal. Read more
This place was fantastic! Service was fast and waittress was very attendent. Salad bar had a lot of great choices and was one of... the best ones I've seen. I got buttered mushrooms as a side dish, which is something I hardly see on menus. They were a realtreat! Everything was very clean, bathrooms were nice, and prices were very reasonable. Not my personal experience but happened today! My sister took her 2 toddlers along with my father to this location today. Both... kids ordered chocolate milk. The kids love chocolate milk but didn?t want it. My sister did try the milk but it didn?t tasteright. The hostess did take the milk back. Come to find out that the server mixed the milk with bbq sauce! As a server myself, Ihave never heard of this EVER happening. The hostess apologized to them and the sever never did once. Absolutely horrible service. We go to Hoss?s in Murrysville quite often. We love it and we love supporting them. We completely... understand short staffing and we respect those that work during this issue. But when the waitress is literally at another tablecomplaining/flirting/standing there and not moving it is a completely different problem. Our table had dishes piled high withdishes from the salad bar. Our drinks were NEVER even offered to be refilled. When I had asked the hostess to grab our waitressfor refills, she had to walk past the table where she was literally just standing at at least 5 times. When she came over wetold her we just wanted our bill. She just acted so smug and didn?t even care, maybe that?s how she likes to be treated when shegoes out. The manager was even worse! She came out and said that she?s a manager at the Murrysville location and they are reallyfantastic if we ever wanted to visit there. Well we were at the Greensburg location, so that really was unprofessional. Shedidn?t even take the drinks off. She gave us a $5 off $30 coupon. And the managers excuse was short staffed and hectic. Wellwhen you visibly watch the waitress stand there talking/flirting with another table the whole time, it?s not a very good excuse.We don?t look for hand outs, but in this case, the manager really did not handle this situation well. My family received impressive customer service. Our waitress was wonderful. Friendly, welcoming, warm, personable, attentive,... and much more! She jokes around with my kids and was on top of every refill! Restaurant was clean. Food was delicious, warm, andplentiful! Buffet area was well kept and stocked with lots to pick from. Prices were reasonable for the quality of foodreceived! I will definitely visit again! Read more
Salad bar was the same as always. The wait for food to come to the table was ridiculous. They were not that busy for the wait.... The food was good when it came it just took a long time. The waitress was grumpy, rude, and distracted. Again, it was not busyso there really was no excuse. Read more
