This has to be the SLOWEST McDonald's in the country. I went through the drive-thru today, ordered a quarter pounder meal; it... took no less than 20 minutes for me to get my meal. And they weren't that busy. Similar experience every time I've gone there. C'mon guys, pick up the pace. Read more

We just sat in a fast-food drive thru line for 32 minutes... before we even reached the intercom. Not by choice, but because... some sadist designed the drive-thru with barriers & islands so that pretty early in the line, you can't change your mind andescape. When we finally got our turn in the stagnant line, and asked for pies, they had NO pies- literally the only reason wewent here. What is this world even coming to. I give them one star but only because there is no way to give negative Stars! This is beyond rediculus been sitting in mobile... pick up lane over 15 mins after waiting in the drive thru for 30 mins (kid wanted breakfast, adults lunch). I will never comeback to this McDonald's! Read more
Apparently there isn't a working clock in the building because they close at a different time every single night. Only... consistency is that's its always before the time that's posted for closing. One of the few times they have actually been open, Istood at the register for 15 minutes before anyone took my order. Another 15 for a 20 piece mcnugget. My son and I went to this McDonald's and the way the wait staff treated myself and my son was really a breath of fresh air!! I... don't know her name but she just started there and she let my 5yo son order by himself which took some time but she was morethen happy to get it done and make his day ordering for himself, then she took my order ,was very thorough and had an infectiousattitude that brightened up the place, she made us feel like we were regulars at a local diner, please take note of thisindividual and commend her. 11-20-2022 roughly 12:20ish pm. The atmosphere was my car because it's drive thru only. Ordering was embarrassing, the young... girl kept laughing and talking to the people around her. We had to repeat our order several times. We pull up to the firstwindow to a polite guy and paid our $20 some dollar bill. Pull up to a car that is sitting at the next window. Sit there foranother 12 mins, finally pull up to the very childish unprofessional girl at the next window. She's still chatting with theother two girls around her and she hands us our drinks then tells us to pull forward to wait for our meals...... at this pointsomeone that ordered but hadn't paid yet whipped around the car behind us and left out of anger. My husband and I both workedfor McDonald's in our youth and know chicken always takes some time to cook, which is what we both ordered. We get our food andpull over in the shopping center to eat, everything is in there but my chicken sandwich is rather dark which I don't understandbecause when the timer goes off, you pull it up. I don't understand how orders can take so long whenever only the drive thru isopen, no one is inside bugging you. The shift manager needs to try harder and the younglings need to prove themselves a lotmore. Read more
