We used to be regulars, but this place has gone downhill terribly. Between the insane price hike at the end of 2021, the poor... service and declining food quality and preparation, it's a pretty inconsistent business. The thing that bothers me most is thatwhile we have frequented this place for several years, the inconsistency of pricing on the same exact order has been an issue,especially considering our order is always for the same 2 topping XL pizza every time. It depends which staffer you place theorder with on the phone, and it also depends on which situational discount or coupon they'll honor. Nowadays, it's $25 for an XL2 topping pizza at this place. Competitively, you could still get the same pizza elsewhere for under $20. It's a far cry fromwhen they first opened. We're going elsewhere from now on. Read more
Ok at first loved this place.... last 3 times we have ordered are a different story. First I get a bloody band aid in my salad.... Call and bring it to the attention of the manager to be told "It did not come from there nobody has any band aids". Took abreak from ordering there but figured one mistake, things happen, hated how they handled it but tried again a couple monthslater. Next two orders are both delivered with incorrect items, and one was improperly charged. After waiting an hour forfood, called to ask them to fix the order... two hours later after they said someone was on the way they have not arrived andthe order is not fixed. When i called back to complain I was told no manager is available and if i kept complaining they would"never make food for me again" I wish i was joking. I will never order from them again. Great pizza! It's a little different than most but give it a 2nd try. I had sausage, mushrooms and onion. It has a slightly warm... but sour flavor and lots of flavor. Seemed like quality ingredients! Wish we had one in Columbus... sadface. Read more
I gave this place another try because they do have good pizza, but when I went to pick up the pizza, they couldn't find my... order. Had to wait while they made it. No apology, nothing, just come back in 10. The whole time I witnessed 4 deliveries justsit there and the driver was cashing himself out. When I left he was still there and so were the 4 deliveries. This place needsmanagement and a few more delivery drivers. Read more
Pizza was good. The restaurant could have been a little cleaner.
