I’ve been there a few times in the last six months. The food is great but if you happen to sit in the bar during a normal... lunch time or even after maybe 2:30 you can’t sit in the bar because the bartenders play music so loud that conversations withthe person sitting next to you are impossible. We have asked during our visits for the volume to be turned down slightly andeach time they have just left the music blaring. I suppose I’ll just try to sit on the restaurant side rather than the barside. Read more

First i would like to say that food is hard to rate because different people have different taste and expectations. We each had... a sandwich and while it was ok, I would not say it was anything that we could not get at many other places. I had the Rubenpictured on the menu. The fries make the sandwich look bigger than it really is. Meat was dry. Bread was good. I may have justordered the wrong thing on the wrong day. Not a bad experience but slightly above average. We sat in the bar side at a high table. Everything was clean and arranged for us. The food was delicious. Ordered a house salad... and oven roasted turkey and cheese sandwich and everything was very flavorful and fresh. Our food came out in relatively goodtime considering how packed it was. Our waitress was very sweet, friendly, accommodating and personable. She got our drinks asquickly as the bartender could make them and updated us on the time status of our food. I love me some Primanti!! I moved away from Pittsburgh so anytime I’m in town I will always make a stop. I don’t always get... the wings but this time I did and they were very good. They have a slight breading but it it was not too think and they werecooked perfect not chewy and not over cooked. Read more

I wish I could give more stars as our server was phenomenal... she was so busy, I dont know how she kept her head on straight.... When entering our order she accidentally put in an incorrect sandwich, However it was the best mistake ever. The BBQ baconburger was fantastic. She fixed our order & brought my original sandwich the "brother burger" which was also delicious but thatBBQ had the edge over it. There was as well, an order for the hot sausage sandwich that unfortunately was cooked beyond welldone, was less than palatable & got thrown away. We also tried the pepper jack Mac & cheese balls... the few that weren'tabsolutely burnt had a good creamy Mac & cheese though the acrid tase from the more burnt ones didn't help much. It was happyhour so drinks of course, were a pretty good price. Other than the 2 disasters, the restaurant had good ambiance, all of thestaff were great & yeah.... happy hour. Will definitely be back, maybe when a little less busy so the kitchen staff isn't asoverwhelmed & forgets what's in the fryer. Read more
