They (Nicole with the dark hair) are the only Starbucks to give me hassel about they way I order my drink. They won't fill a cup... an extra inch of oatmilk, if they do it'll be charged as a different drink. Not very nice about the way she handled thesituation either. Didn't order a side of attitude with my drink, as she packed it completely full of ice to the point of beingunable to shake the drink(her way of not filling the cup to the top with oatmilk, she replaced it with ice). Go to a differentStarbucks, and tip someone that doesn't purposely ruin your order for their own enjoyment. Read more

Always pleasant staff, greeted with a smile.. Drinks made well, taste perfect every time. I'm not one for change when it comes... to Starbucks as I'm not a big coffee person so the Strawberry Acai Lemonade Refresher is my go-to. While I've tried a few otheritems, this drink is addictive. My little on the other hand has tried a decent variety of items; favs include Iced WhiteChocolate Mocha & the Pink Drink. The food though, leaves little to be desired. Most if the sandwiches we've tried presentedwith a mushy/rubbery bun, meats are typically from frozen, all of which makes it all of fair in flavor. Cake pops are sweet,"Birthday Cake" had a slight coffee flavor which turned me off as I was expecting an actual "cake" flavor. Very disappointing, I had to drive to a different location to work on my laptop because the staff are very very loud. Not a good... place to work, study or read while drinking coffee. Other costumes were annoyed as well Read more

All of the employees at all of the many Starbucks that I have patronised over the years have always been professional,... hardworking, and pleasant- even when they have been very, very, very busy. Friendly staff when my mom buys her coffee each day here. They remember her by name most of the time and the drink is made to... perfection or they will make you a new one.
