Went to this subway location and hours online say they close at 7. Went there at 6:00pm and two young girls talking to each... other just stare at you while there not doing anything! They say oh we?re closed. New hours need posted! Btw mall closes at 9and they close at 6 ??????? Read more
I wish I could give 10 stars! This restaurant location is so amazing. I ordered a platter of sandwiches via their "catering"... option, and happened to mention (when asking for a substitution) that this was for my son's 5th birthday party and when I pickedit up I was amazed at the special attention given to the order for his birthday and a Birthday Card with coupons to boot! Hefelt so special that they celebrated him. The manager and the staff were so wonderful, I am going to use them for every specialoccasion now where we want sandwiches. We frequent different Subways a lot. First time at this location and last time. The two young ladies working were not very nice... and they were out of Three beverage options (possibly more, didn't check every one) at the drink machine. When we asked why,they said they just don't fill them because they don't sell a lot... and didn't even offer to. Wow. Read more
As mentioned by other customers, there are employees here that do not wear their masks properly. On top of that, the employee... that helped me was breathing out of their mouth while handling the food without a mask. I am a high risk customer and do notfeel safe coming back until the pandemic subsides. On other ocassions before the pandemic, the service has been fairly decent. Read more
If you are concerned about people wearing masks, the one employee replenishing the items had her mask pulled completely down and... under her chin which defeats the entire purpose of wearing a mask...My son works at a restaurant, and that would be an automaticfail if an inspector came in. The customer service was not good. Both employees acted as though customers were a bother. Inconclusion, this is in a food court at the mall, so my advice is to go to one of the other food vendors. We ordered 5 subs on line and they were awful. The steak and cheese was ice cold, the other 4 was soaked in Italian dressing and... I didn't know there was a shortage on lettuce. There was very little on it. We used to eat here all the time. I will NEVERorder on line again. Read more
My mom and I walk up there a couple times a week. We usually like to get a drink from there when done. One lady has no problem... giving us drinks even tho they don?t technically open till 10, they?re all set up and ready because of the workers and the olderpeople who sit and talk. The other girl however was making sandwiches for 3 men who were working in the mall. As we approachedto get our drinks, she looked at us, scoffed and said you have to be kidding me. At this point it was 930 and instead of askingwhat we wanted or said politely that she was only waiting on them because they worked there, she first said that and then saidloudly we don?t even open till 10. I?m only waiting on them because they are working in the mall. Now of course the oldergentlemen were sitting there with one having a drink from there. My mom turned and said you waited on them, they?re retired,they?re not working. She didn?t reply as we turned around and walked away. Only laughed with the guys afterwards. Assuming atour expense.
