Bread was stale an at least a day old, an had maybe 3-4 tiny slices of lettuce on a BLT.

Worst subs EVER!!!! And the store NEVER even apologized when we called. Who sends subs out the door looking like this?? We... ordered online, brought them home and opened them and this is what we had!!!!!!!!! Don't even deserve 1 star!! Read more

Needs some TLC in here. Hallway down to the restroom is ready for a horror movie. Did not apply to Mr, but the ladies room was... out of service. Men's room was dirty and paper towels were not in dispenser. Menu prices are not accurate (8.99 shown 9.89rang), but I still gave 15% tip. Then I went to get my drink, but there was no tea, so I had to get soda. The fountain hadsticky all over it, with hair stuck in it in several places. So I took a better look at the dining room, and the floors aredirty, but tables at least looked clean. Went back to my car to eat. Wish I hadn't given the 15%, as they're obviously notworking for it. Buffalo chicken wrap had very little Buffalo sauce in it, barely any lettuce, the wrap had very little content to it that it had... more wrap than filling, some of the chicken tasted as if it had been barely defrosted and has made me feel nauseated since I ateit. Forgot the cheese on an Italian sub and the meatball sub had barely any marinara sauce and only 5 small meatballs. Servicewas incredibly poor, staff was rude and took an incredibly long time to make the sandwiches. The one woman claimed to be in theback taking a phone call for 10 minutes when no phone was heard ringing. This is not the first instance of poor service that wehave had. The past few times we went, we have had poor service and were plagued by stomach issues within a few hours of eatingthere. This is incredibly disappointing because a year ago we used to receive incredible service and amazing food. We will notbe returning to this store. Read more

Have to say I was very impressed by the two young gentlemen's working today Jaden and Todd there was a customer who was unhappy... and they handled it perfect even though they were not treated nicely. I also drive out of my way to come to this subway becausethose two are always so nice and keep it so clean. Thank you gentlemen for doing a great job then need more employees like you. Read more

Chop salad wasn't chopped (I mean, at all.) I don't have a photo of that, but I do have a photo of half the sandwich we were... given. The wrapping unrolled itself in the car on the way home because all the sandwich guts were spilling out. It wasn'ttoasted either (yes, we specified that it be toasted.) PS: We used the Subway app to order because we are in the middle of thisCorona crazy. The app itself glitched out, so maybe that was part of the problem.
