I'm by this Wendy's every payday when I can be. They're close to my house and unlike the old one near my house when I lived on... the edge of Murrysville, the food is hot 9/10 times. Good location. Fries are so/so but I'm there for sandwiches not fries andthey're good when I'm on the go. Read more
I was at this Wendy's location a while ago, waiting at the counter for my order when a pizza delivery guy walked in with an... order for the Wendy's manager on duty. The pizza guy took his money then said , " I owe you $2.18" and the Wendy's manager said"you go ahead and keep that". Wendy's managers make between $36k -$66k annually but wouldn't give this fella more than $2 in2022! If these are the kind of people Wendy's employs, I'd rather not give Wendy's MY money. Read more
Young man taking our drive through order had an attitude and messed up the order. Three women were arguing at the window. One... handed me the order and said, "Here ya go". No Thank you, have a good day or anything pleasant. When I asked for ketchup anotheryoung lady dropped them into my hand and didn't even look at me. A couple of them fell on the ground and she stuck her nose inthe air and walked away. I know that they will say that they are "busy and short staffed" but guess what? WE ALL ARE!! Great place for a quick meal. They have gotten my orders messed up a few times but it's mostly been a slightly wrong drink... (orange instead of fruit punch hi-c) or my sauce missing. Nothing too bad. The place is packed during peak hours though and dueto COVID the wait times can be long. Read more
We came in to eat and found a few people already in the restaurant. The Wendy's was very clean and the staff was very friendly.... A Staff member was cleaning while we were there and was very polite and respectful cleaning near us. We got order takenquickly and food came out very quickly (less than time to fill up the drinks). Love the ability to choose the drink flavors thataren't normally available such as cherry Sprite, etc. Meal was very good, and staff said thank you on the way out. Drive-thru. Order came to $8.49 two sandwiches. Got to window handed a $20 bill got back two $5 bills and 51 cents. Didn't check... till I got home. Have to watch those drive-throughs. All in all the food was good. Read more
