Such a shame. I feel badly for the manager as I understand there is no competent help on Long Island but this team takes the... cake! Horrifically stupid. Pay no attention as they stand around talking amongst themselves. Confused my order with another andmade no apologies. Were not even busy. Just did not care. Will never be back to this one either. This is the 4th time already out of 5 times that my order is incorrect. Either I am missing items or the food is different from... what I ordered. If I ever do reconsider coming here again, I will need to double check my orders here from now on until theystart providing more steady and reliable customer service. Read more
