The employees at this location seem to be forced working. We've ordered 4 meals a a couple of sides and when we got to the... window they'd only gotten half of the order. We had to repeat our order several times, they ended up splitting our order into 2separate orders. Our order took long time to come out because of all that and our drinks came with ice, the mashed potatoes hadgravy even though we ordered them with out it. If I'm taking the time to write this is because this isn't the first time I havebad experiences at this location, being honest: I'VE GOTTEN THE WORST SERVICE HERE AND YOU GUYS JUST KEEP BEATING YOURSELF ONDOING IT. Extremely disappointed with the way they prepare the meal buckets to go, it?s the second time that on an 8 piece meal I was... given 3 wings, 3 chicken legs and 2 very small pieces of withe meat, it look like a left overs inside of an 8 piece meal, didnot realized until I got home. Went inside, no line and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately I asked for lettuce and tomato on my chicken sandwich and was... told they couldn't put it on. Not sure why as it's a KFC/Taco Bell. But my order was correct, service was quick, food was fresh. Read more
They're constantly "forgetting" things. I understand that due to the limited indoor seating of other eateries they might be a... bit busier then usual these days, however hat's no excuse for short changing me 3 pieces of chicken on their fill-up meal. Actually I don't want to give them any star! But at least i need one!!! Too horrible!!!! I used drive through to buy two things,... big box and $5 fill up box. When I arrived at home and checked.... there was no chicken leg and mash in the big box!!!! Whereare them??? Where!!! And I called them!!! They didn't answer me!!! Kidding me? If it is close to my house!! I already go backand fight!!! Damn.... maybe they can be rich!! Cuz without any serve meal!! Take money from customers via drive through!! Read more
