I've been to this Moe's 4 or 5 times now and each time I leave disappointed compared to other Moe's. More than once the staff... has been rude and not very generous with ingredients for the burritos. Not planning on going back here. Read more

The food is decent but not worth it anymore. This place has gotten so much worse over the years; the service is awful, the... employees are SO rude for no reason, they literally count the pieces of lettuce they put in your food. The portions have cut inhalf, the number of options have decreased and the prices have gone up. Never coming back. Read more

Worst customer service, the guy was rude and was arguing with me ,overcharged me and kept telling me I was lying and he was not... even the one who took my order, the lady who took my order did not speak English properly and was in a rush to close the store.The store closes at 9 and remind you I went in there 8:20 . On top of that charged me $6 dollar extra for 50 cent worth of kesoand didn?t tell me it was going to be extra. This type of service in Roslyn is not expected. As a customer if you want respectto not go here. No manners to talk to customers and RUDE. Read more

I placed a mobile order for a veggie stack at 7:03pm via the Moes Mobile App. I picked up my order at around 7:20pm and brought... it home. When I went to eat my stack at 10pm, after cutting it in half I smelled meat. Once I pulled it apart I saw that thiswas not my stack at all and I was given a meat stack which was somebody elses order. This is completely unacceptable, I?ve hadnumerous problems with this location; (1) the employees at this location always fail to cut my stack in 1/2 as you are supposedto do everytime, and (2) the employees seem more infactuated with conversing with one another rather than doing their jobs. Iwill NOT be returning to this location, because it completely baffles me how you can mess up an order when the instructions aresubmitted online, and printed out specifically at the counter. Read more
