My friends and I used to love this place, the atmosphere is great and the cocktail variety is excellent but we?ll never be back... because of the bartenders/ servers. Last week we were ignored for over 5 minutes to be greeted and have menus dropped (it wasn?tthat busy there were bar seats and tables open throughout) not even a hello just dropped menus and back behind the bar. Wewaited 20+ minutes with menus in the corner and watched the bartenders take shots with customers. No apology once they got to usjust a ?can I help you.? Just makes you feel uncomfortable and we?ll spend our money elsewhere. We are MORE than understandingof these situations where restaurants/ bars are short staffed and they take time, but to be blatantly ignored and treated likewe?re nothing is just not the place we want to continue to go back. Great vibe. Terrific cocktails. Awesome staff. Those are the things I was expecting and wasn't disappointed. The big surprise... was how good their food is! One thing to keep in mind though is that kiddos aren't allowed. Read more
This is the place to go if you enjoy a really good cocktail. We have been a few times and tried different things. Each time,... they were spectacular. Small inside and cozy. So its the type of place to go to be able to talk at a bar and have a enjoyabletime.. Its a nice alternative to a "belly up to the bar" type of place. Read more
Great drinks and food! 100% recommend this place.
Service was great. Delicious cosmo and my husband enjoyed the beers on tap. The bacon wrapped dates are not to be missed. The... tuna poke was very fresh and tasty. The BBQ Chicken Flatbread was good too. Lots of chicken on it so very hearty. Read more
Oh my gosh! I don't even know that I have the words to describe how awesome our experience was here. We were over at Winterthur... for their 1st annual arts festival this past Saturday and wanted to grab a drink somewhere local afterwards. So I Googled placesin the area and the Copper Dram came up. Very quaint, little bar and restaurant with amazing cocktails & food. And ourbartenders Keirsten and Elise - FABULOUS!!! Both ladies were incredibly genuine, friendly, attentive, and courteous. Definitelyone of the best customer service experiences that my husband and I have ever experienced. If you have not been here, you simplymust check it out!!! We will certainly be back! Visited tonight for the first time. Really cool ambience and unusual but delicious drinks. They also have a delicious looking... menu of small plates. Season is a little limited but other than that a great place. We will certainly return. Read more
Very very small but cute bar, not recommended if you have more than 3 or 4 people. Cocktails were strong but delicious.
