If I could zero stars I would, I visited this place tonight for take out dinner for me and my boyfriend, I was very disappointed... in EVERYTHING I got, I got 2 nacho fries box, for one, I waited in line for 15-20 min mins you NOBODY else was there, the girlat the window was a brown headed girl, looked young she was extremely rude and acted like her life was so miserable I could hearthem gossiping the entire time basically screaming, she was eating while taking my order and my payment, she made herself foodand ate before I got my food, both of my fries were cold, there was like nothing inside the hard shell taco, the other steaktaco it comes with, there was only 2 pieces of meat in it, the burritos were cold and tasted like soap I do not recommend thisplace what so ever the employees do not care about their costumers and their food is complete trash. I?ve gone to this Taco Bell many of times and every time I have not had a good experience. Went there and got a nacho fry box... and it didn?t come in a box for one, for two when I got my fries there were maybe 10 in the box, I didn?t get a 5 layer burritoor a hard taco that I requested. Then my boyfriend got a Crunchwrap and it came out with a huge hole in it and was not madeproperly. When I asked for honey mustard at the window for my boyfriends little brothers popcorn chicken they did not give meany. We then went through and ask for a refund and they told us no and just gave us the missing 5 layer burrito and did not fixthe Crunchwrap or give us honey mustard. This time around in the drive through they had food sitting out that they were eatingby the register assuming they were eating while preparing our food. This experience has almost ruined all of us from going toTaco Bell or KFC. Worst experience ever. Read more

No tomatoes?!? How do you not mention that you have no tomatoes when someone orders something with tomatoes? And how do you... forget to put the cookie and biscuit on the tray with the meal. Soooo disappointing. Never go there again. I wish I would haveasked for a refund for my power bowl. Read more
If I could give a negative amount of stars I would! Because it is extremely sad when the soft shell tacos are nearly as... crunchy as the hard shell tacos, but not in a good way. Not only were the flour tortillas hard, dry, and stale. At least aninch or more all the way around the "soft shell" was dried out and cracked, the center was semi-softened by the miniscule amountof wet meat, yet tough. It was unedible and had to be spit out. I have never received such horrible soft shell tacos, from anywhere, muchless Taco Bell. Prior to today, Taco Bell was one of my top 2 fast food restaurants. The Greenville, IL KFC/TacoBell may have removed Taco Bell from my list of favorites. The unedible "soft shells" and maybe one tablespoon of meat, evenlesser amount of lettuce was disgusting and I have no intentions to ever return to this particular Taco Bell. Read more
Weird experience. Clean, neat place. There was a guy making a scene, kinda had the help a little jittery. My food came quick... and was very good. One side note, they should order more napkins. Read more
I got a large fry with my meal I even requested large drink & fries. Well this is a small fry box to begin with & let's just say... they mistakenly got me the regular fry. Even for a small fry for $3, I literally counted 10 fries total none in the bag &anywhere else at all I know this was no mistake. Sent my 2 kids to enjoy a meal while I was shopping across the road. The staff reported my kids as unsupervised minors after... allowing them to order and I received a call to come get them. No one asked them their ages. In no way should they have servedmy kids at all if they were going to stop them from enjoying their meal after paying and only having sat down to eat. No onebothered to even ask my kids where their parents were. When I met with the officer his response was to agree with me that thekids were perfectly fine to have been there unsupervised and he apologized for inconveniencing me. The audacity of the employeesto have allowed them to pay them for services that they were unable to enjoy floored me. They were just a few bites in beforethe officer arrived and they were asked to step outside. There are no laws that prohibit them from being there. There are nosigns announcing no students. Read more
