Not only was my order over an hour and a half late, when it finally got here, it was wrong. I will never order from any BC... Pizza, ever again. Called andcomplained, no one would accept responsibility for the error, but they would credit my account.What good will that do, when I will never place another order? Pizza here is just ok. They delivered to my house for years but they changed there policy so Im a half mile out side of there... delivery area. Will not be getting pizza from here again the only reason there pizza is worth it is because they would deliver. Read more

Came in today to enjoy the buffet with my family. But no, they're no longer doing the buffet. Even though all their signs say... they do between 11-2. But there not even open until 3pm. So, we then ordered a couple pizzas and drinks. Then we were told theydon't allow eating inside anymore. This is crazy. The pizza was tasty as usual. But the experience was a total fail. I eat here often, The food is good. If getting exactly what you ordered is important to you go someplace else. I think the only... thing they have ever got right was a cheeses pizza. Read more
BC Pizza has really gone downhill. I called in an order at 6:00 and they said it would be delivered within the hour. At 6:58... they called and the battery was dead on the delivery car but they were now on the way. At 7:30 I called and they were justleaving. At 8:00 the order arrived and was cold plus some of it was missing. They did offer a refund but that doesn?t make upfor the cold meal and the part that was missing. Read more
We order there all the time and love their pizza.. But the last 2 times they have messed it up. Well i called and talked to the... manager and she said they couldn't come back abd get it nor she couldn't give us any credit..
