Spaghetti was not cooked very tender. Other meal that was ordered was not very warm. The turkey was smoked and would have been... good to know that ahead. Soup wad not great and was clumpy. Grew up with Big Boy and always enjoyed. Lots of changes to menu. Server was friendly and attentive. Food was hot and quickly... ready. Loved the new pretzel bites!! Miss the red uniforms on servers, the colors brightened up the place. Always a fan of BigBoy above all these new places Read more
Service was extremely poor, and slow. No, the restaurant was not busy either, but almost all the tables closest to the restrooms... were filled with dirty plates and such. Our waitress, didn?t bring us our food until after we mentioned it, she also went torefill my water, and didn?t bring it back until I asked ten minutes later. I probably won?t return to this restaurant, becauseof the poor service and how dirty the bathrooms were. I didn?t even have paper towel, to dry my hands with, and both toiletswere gross gross as well. I understand times get busy, but this was 7pm at night, and there was only a few others eating aswell. Food and service was good. Cleanliness was less than to be desired. Someone needs to train the staff in how to mop because my... shoes were sticking to the floors and not just in one area either. Otherwise it was decent. Read more
Oh my goodness , well first of all the power was out on the other side of town so Applebee's and Chinese weren't open , so our... last resort to sit down was big boy we had 5 adults and 6 kids. Our waitress was really nice at first. My mother in law had togo and get her cup of coffee filled because our waitress was not around , & when she took our order she took half of the orderfirst & walked away and we did not see her again until the 4 out of 6 of the kids food came. We had already been there for andhour and thirty minutes. So the waitress precedes to tell us that our food that we ordered won't be done for another 45 minutes!We asked to see the manager . He comes out an Apologizes and says he will bring out our mother's app very soon and that our foodwill only take 10-15 min .. when our food comes out it was completely black! Needless to say we will NOT be going back there!Get your stuff together BIG BOY! When I was a kid there food was always on point and never messy & never had to wait over anhour and a half some food! A staple of the Greenville community. Popular among the locals and tends to have a steady flow of customers without being... overcrowded. The staff is friendly and courteous, while the restaurant itself is clean and plays seasonal music to keep theatmosphere light and pleasant. Wide choice of menu items to handle most all tastes and preferences. Prices are reasonable andthe service crew is excellent at keeping the free refills topped off. The food is tasty and the portions are adequate. Unfortunately, on the day of writing this review, the "classic" breakfast was served a bit colder than I would havepreferred. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is easily seen from main road. The only "knock" I have is; not theeasiest to enter or exit for the mobility-challenged. Very poor service I got coffee but didn't get a spoon to stir it with my girlfriend order a water with lemon that came without... the lemon. I order an omelet that was quite good my girlfriend order the chicken strip dinner. When the waiter showed up thefries were missing from the dinner and the chicken was overcooked. After getting her fries the waiter came back to the table ina matter of minutes asking if she wanted a box.
