I have to edit my review my wife and I got raw burger once and waited a couple months to go go back and when we ordered we... specifically told the waitress make sure the burger was well done! Not burnt but thoroughly cooked. She spoke to the cookherself to relay our request and when the food came out the burger was raw in the middle. So we asked for the manager and shetold us that the burger they get looks that way after being cooked and blamed their supplier and insulting our intelligence asif we don't know or realize what cooked burger looks like. She did comp the meal my wife couldn't eat though. Two thumbs downfor flo's with the weird triangle legs and a head in the middle thing they have as their mascott. Read more

The ambiance is nice, decor is way above the local standard but the food was on par with most other places. Burgers are from... frozen patties and the apps were just ok. The pizza dough was great and in general one of the better experiences I?ve had intown. Read more

Good atmosphere, food and service!!

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this restaurant during my first time visiting Greenville. My three friends and I were... grabbing some food and drinks and one of my friends was uncomfortable and went to the bathroom to take off her skims shapewear.She only had a tiny wallet for a purse so she end up tucking them by her leg for the remainder of the dinner. When we left sheaccidentally left them at the table and never realized, obviously an accident and embarrassing! An employee by the name ofParker (who I believe is the busser at this location) singled me out of the group and for some reason assumed they were mine. Hefound out my name, I?m assuming because I paid with my card he took it off my receipt and messaged both myself and my fiancéHORRIBLE messages on Facebook about leaving the ?underware? at the table. I was simply out with my friends, I?m not sure why hesingled me out, but shorty after we left my fiancé sent me screenshots of messages he sent him that I have proof of, calling mehorrible names and saying vile things. I explained what happened and also found out he messaged me on my own Facebook account tofurther bad mouth me. Let it be known I am not from this area and don?t know any of the workers so the fact that this happenedwas INSANE to me and something I just cannot let slide. I went back to the restaurant a few hours later upset and spoke withthe manager while the employee hid in the back. The manager apologized but didn?t say much more. He had already known about thesituation before I said so he knew about what happened and I know if I didn?t say anything it would?ve just been laughedoff. I?m warning people because this seems to be the type of employee behavior that is tolerated, where employees can take yourinformation from your card payment and find you online to harass you after you leave the establishment. Decent place to go. The food is decent, but the drink selection is good, and my bartender made a perfect old fashioned. I think... this place would benefit from having free games though. Oh our second visit was not like the first. Where is Paul? All these poorly trained young women were not cutting it.
